Horrible customer service I do not recommend this place. Do not go here for any services whatsoever. I arrived at 5:45 PM Friday. The establishment time on the door states they close at 7 PM. As soon as I walk through the door, no one greeted me. No one said hello. The first thing that was said to me was “WE DONT HAVE TIME TODAY” this is the second time I have come to this establishment for service and the first thing they say when I walk in as we don’t have time

The lady in the wheelchair charged me $56 for a rebase . Wow . Now I know the menu said rebase is $26 and up. But to charge me a whole $56 is insane for a French tip. I know it’s because I’ve never been there so she knew my face wasn’t familiar so she took advantage. Nevermind the nails are not what I wanted.. it’s so sad what these nails salons do. So sad. I paid my bill, tip 10 and I left. “You get exactly what you put out in the universe , so cheating someone is really just cheating yourself” Never again!

This place is disgusting, I paid 75.00 for a pedicure with acrylic toe nails . They did am absolute horrible job. As I sat in the chair I couldn't help be notice the filth. I will never return.

Terrible service!!!! I broke an acrylic nail just 3 days after I got them. When I asked if the nail could be fixed for free they told me no & that I still had to pay. I am regular and won’t be coming anymore.

The Main woman in the front told me NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO DO FENCH NAILS . I went in with my friend and he got his set done we were told both of us would get help. but then once he was done the young lady told me someone else would get mine done. 1 hour later the other lady who was supposedly going to do my set tells me she has an appointment and asked me if I could come back at 6:30 so then I show her my nail inspo and she said NONE OF THE STAFF KNOWS HOW TO DO FRENCH NAILS !!! Ridiculous, they were so rude and clearly did not want to help me

I love snappy nails! Everyone is so nice, very sweet and great quality 🤌🏻 the only thing I’d say is they go a few dollars up from the menu, and the wait between costumers is long. But other than that it’s great work. Everyone EVERYONE knows what to do !🤌🏻🤌🏻

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Worse experience of my life. Literally they gave me the completely opposite of what I asked. I asked for French tip with a gold line and they gave me a pink and white. It is not even nude. I’ve been crying since I got home. I was OVERCHARGED for some ugly nails and even tipped them $10. It says $41 for French tip and I paid $65 (because of design haha). I am more hurt about it nothing being nude. Save your money! TERRIBLE PLACE!

Recommend my sister to the shop and The male technician was terrible with a bad attitude he want to only do the spot that needed filimg but not smoot the filler with the whole nail to make it even. Plus wanted to charge more than what the original price is. Made no sense she asked him about it and he just went off.

Don’t go! I’ve given multiple chances to this salon for a simple gel pedicure and all three times it has not failed, the gel lifts right off not even 12 hours later! Friendly staff but NOT quality products that last on your toes. So close to home but I must go elsewhere- too much money for not good quality.

Has a really bad experience at this shop today. Almost no customers in the shop and I understand why. I wasn’t rude back to the owners, one of whom gave me a terrible “delux” pedicure and charged more than he should have. I paid but I will never return.

My manicurist here is amazing! She does my manicures and I leave soo happy every time! She takes her time and doesn't rush and her hand massages are amazing 😍 I love this place!

This nail salon is one of the most terrible salon i have ever been to. I went in for a full set and a ladie did my nails i told her short and coffin. she did short and coffin, they didnt have the correct color i picked out the first time. when i looked at my nails at the end of the job my nails was cricket. i told the ladie that did my fullset that the was not straight. she then took two nails off and replaced them but they was still not straight. Then i asked her was she busy for the day, she told me no, i asked her to take them off and give me a whole different set, she told me no cause it would take too long and it would be expensive. Never Ever go to SNAPPY NAILS. Oh and the popped off really easy.

This place is terrible! She rushed and cut my toe! She let the water out and then put scrub lotion and baby oil on my legs and didn't rinse it off she wiped it with a face towel then cut my finger! I'll never go back I now have to finish my own nails!

Green Valley Ranch-My polish is always peeling. It looks cheap! Everytime the man does my nails they're always a hot mess. I've talked with the owner several times but it doesn't seem to matter much! Its convenient, so when he does my nails I guess I'll have to take it out of the tip🤷🏿‍♀️ See the pic, $45 + tip!!

If I could give less stars I would after coming in to get a color change I was asked if I wanted a manicure in the end of the year which entailed him buffering my cuticles until they were raw And then pushing the raw skin back Aggressively and scoffing when I pulled my hand away because it hurts Then he asked where I wanted the design on my nails at this point I hadn't looked at them I said I would like a design on each nail To which he rolled his eyes and he said flower And I said do you know anything else besides A flower because I asked for somebody who could do designs to which he answered flower right At this point I had given up still hadn't looked at the shape of my nails because I was so frustrated After getting to my car I realized that I had asked for them to be squared And he had rounded about 4 nails 3 on 1 hand 1 on the other hand And the rest were just a mishaeped and messy And the size of my nails didn't even have dip on Them I would have gone back in and demanded my nails be fixed But after reading the reviews I decided it was better just to never come back

My first time here, Cindy took great care of me and this place is very clean. The shop uses plastic bags for sanitation during pedicures. My nails look great and she did really good with the rebase and polish. One room for improvement would be newer equipment on the massage chairs as they look older but are functioning. Staff here is very friendly

This salon is rubbish. Poor, poor customer service, not the cleanest and they really don’t care about there customers. This used to be the only game in town, but GVR is growing tremendously and we all have OPTIONS now. Don’t go there, it’s a waste of your valuable time and money. I would give zero stars if I could.

Ima start by saying DONT COME HERE! The dog try’s to bite you they over charge you! Also they have bugs like how gross omg! When I made it home my toes looked a mess they were so rude! I wish I could leave no star.
