Este lugar no tiene. Respeto por el tiempo de las madres te dan la cita y te la cambian sin previo aviso , cuando llegas para tu cita te dicen que fue cambiada para 20 min después y no puedes esperar en el lugar , simplemente te dicen que tienes que esperar afuera o ir al Macdonald que queda enfrente , es una falta de respeto y profesionalidad

Betsy cut my oldest hair, we were her last customer and her first in the morning with my youngest! She had a great attitude from open to close! Great job with my oldest haircut as well!

My 4 year got his hair cut yesterday by Trina. She was amazing with him. She made him feel super comfortable and enjoy his experience. They made my autistic son feel heard and was so happy with his rainbow colors at the end!

Came today with my son and he got the worst cut he ever could get . The lady was super nice and that’s why I was hesitant to write this but if she didn’t know how to cut 4C hair she should have denied the service. I even asked her to take more off the top and she told me “she doesn’t have time” My son has been to the barber shop before and usually comes out looking great. Please hire people that know how to do all hair types this is embarrassing it’s 2024.

Cookie cutter in skye canyon does a much better job cutting hair and are way more professional than this establishment. Never going here again.

In the past I’ve brought my son to Yvonne. She was great! I called both locations to see if Yvonne still worked for the company & each person who answered was RUDE. Esp @ the farm location. Didn’t introduce their self when I called, I said “Hi, does Yvonne still work there?” & the lady said “nope” & hung up on me. We won’t be going back.

I appreciate all the ladies, all the times I've been (lost count) for my son's haircuts it's been great not only have the haircuts been on point but the service is definitely kid friendly! I have enjoyed conversations with the hairstylists.

I'm a teen/tween but I still went and I loved it! Everyone was so nice and my hair felt so nice after! Wasn't busy and there was a good amount of parking! I got layers, face framing, and a trim! Would recommend if your looking for a nice little hair place :)

We brought our little girl in to be pampered for her birthday and they nailed it. She got her nails done, hair shampooed and trimmed all while being treated like a princess. Amazing service from the staff exceptional attention to detail. Thank you again for making my girl's day!

Great first experience but 2nd time they turned us away for being late. Strict 5 min policy. Very inflexible for a business that works with kids. Two very sad kids in the back seat, we’ll be looking elsewhere from now on.

Originally I wasn't going to write a review, however when my fiance showed up I heard that a younger woman that I spoke to on the phone (abbey?) Was rude when he arrived. I called because he was outside of the grace period time by 3 minutes to see if there was any availability because I completely understand if you're late, you lose your spot. She said there's no availability, so I passed the message onto my fiance. I called to let my fiance know he wasn't going to be able to get a haircut for our son, he was almost there so he decided to drop in and see if there was any walk in availability. I heard that there was no one in there, but the girl who spoke to me on the phone (young with reddish blonde hair) 3:20 p.m. on April 7th, was rude when asked about any availability or walk ins. Saying she already told me no, and she isn't doing it. Considering there was no one there, seems like they had the time but were trying to prove a point more than anything. We get it, you're late, you lose your ability to get a haircut. However, there's no reason to be rude when you're asked about walk in availability when my fiance sees there's clearly no one there and 3 available stylists. We come here every time my kiddo needs a cut, we've had nothing but a great experience! However we will be going elsewhere now. We don't appreciate rude employees, and we don't necessarily want to run into that employee again. **EDIT: We appreciate the timely call we received from the manager of this snip itz. I am changing my review as she apologized and was very kind. Thank you**

Overall a great experience. They do well on the hair cuts. It’s easy to make appointments especially last minute. And the kids love it.

Betsy is always wonderful. She makes my son’s experience nice and welcoming every time. I’ve been taking my son there for a year now and can’t see myself taking him anywhere else. Definitely recommend snip it’s!

Update: Haley, the manager reached out shortly after posting this and was very concerned and had empathy for the situation. She understood and was a great listener. We will give snip it’s a try again without trina being there. I’m sure the experience will go a lot smoother and will update again then. If you do get a chance to come here, just do your due diligence and read the reviews on the proven stylists. You’ll thank me later. So we’ve been here a few times now… the first two times were good and the third ( today ) is what makes me not want to come back. Before I get to that, Sierra was FANTASTIC. Amazing. So kind and patient with my 2 year old who was seemingly fighting for his life. Now Trina H? Rude, unprofessional, and had an attitude that needed to be left at home. I tried to explain the cut to her and she proceeded to cut me off and talk over me multiple times just to prove her point. I knew what she was saying and told her that her idea was perfectly fine. The receptionist had a question for her and she said “wait until I’m done please” yet she had a full on conversation with Sierra about something different. Unless this person is not there if we decide to book another appointment ( highly unlikely ) we won’t be returning. $70 for two haircuts is pretty damn steep - although for Sierra and what she dealt with, we’d absolutely pay it again.

Why take your kids anywhere else? Sure, they missed a bunch of spots with the clippers, and my wife had to redo some uneven parts, but what a fun, positive, experience for my son! Tablets while you get your hair cut! We can't imagine going anywhere else for haircuts now. Thank you, Sierra and Team!
