Sheila did amazing with our almost three year old for his first haircut. Talked him through it and the haircut was great! Definitely recommend.

I was there today- 11/6/24 for my daughter’s appointment, and as usual the stylists were very friendly and did a great job 👍 My daughter loves it :)

I would give 0 if it was an option. This was the worst FIRST experience for our daughters first hair cut. We were in and out in 5 min which to me isn’t a good thing. The hair dresser Amanda was rude and seemed to be in a rush to get out of there. Kept telling me bangs were a no and a face frame to keep my daughters hair out of her face wouldn’t work. I asked about layers and she said it would put holes in my daughters hair which I didn’t understand because my daughters hair was down to her butt and would look great with layers. The whole point of going to cut her hair was to get the hair out of her face. She kept suggesting clips to keep her hair back I’m like girl I know obvi to do that she won’t keep anything in her hair. Her haircut looks like absolute crap I’m so upset. As we were checking out they asked if we were doing the first haircut package which would be a picture and a lock of her hair. Prior to the haircut we were going to as we agreed when asked when we first came in. The lady cashing us out as she’s asking us if we were doing that today Amanda was already sweeping up my daughters hair to throw away so no we said no because we felt so upset over the experience and how rushed we felt. So so incredibly rude. I asked her if she had time to cut my sons hair him being a walk in which states online that they are welcome and she said she didn’t have time. There wasn’t anyone else in the place, you can’t schedule an appointment online after 4 so I know you don’t have anyone else coming in and since it took her less than 2 min to cut my daughters hair I figured she could squeeze him in being there’s still more time in the time slot from my daughters appointment. We didn’t even realize how badly cut her hair was until we left and had a minute to look. I’m in customer service have been for 15 years and this was so bothersome. I highly wouldn’t recommend this place or this hair dresser Amanda ever again if you can even call her a hair dresser.

Only reason I decided to give it 1 stars was because of my pass experience with Nina she’s great, but she wasn’t there! I recently took my son there to get his hair cut since we had a 2pm appointment and people walked in after us that got help. I’m thinking okay than I keep seeing the workers whispering. Then one finally came up to me and asked have I been there before after taking everyone else and us waiting for 5 mins plus to even be acknowledged. I finally got it everybody acted like they couldn’t cut my African American son hair. Than said we don’t do fades etc! Horrible experience! If y’all know how to cut hair the race wouldn’t matter!! I’m pretty sure to get their license they don’t only cut certain hair types! Total unacceptable!!

The staff has been amazing for both of our visits. My son has screamed and cried both times and they were very patient while still giving a great haircut!

Ms. Jessica has been cutting my son’s curly hair since he was 10 months old, and she consistently delivers exceptional results. Not only does she skillfully manage curly hair, she also creates an enjoyable experience. As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, I am in awe of her dedication to making each visit enjoyable for ALL children. We love Ms. Jessica!!

We came today for my two year olds first professional haircut! We didn’t know how he was going to react and at first he was scared but Jessica was able to make him comfortable and cut his hair! The cut was great and so was Jessica! We will definitely be back!

Our kids (3 & 6) love the ladies who cut their hair here. We usually use whoever is available and they're all sweet, kind and patient. Kids are offered a lollipop and small prize at the end; which drives them to sit still and be patient during their cuts.

Sheila was so kind and has some kind of special gift because my 2 year old hardly moved for his haircut! She did an amazing job with his haircut and did exactly what I asked. Both my kids ask all the time if we can go back!

My 4 year old hates haircuts (that’s putting it lightly), we usually go to another Kid friendly place but they were all booked up. When we got there I told the stylist that he was probably going to freak out. She told us it was totally fine and she would handle it. My son was absolutely NUTS, like kicking screaming losing his mind in my lap. The stylist was so patient and incredible with him the whole time. I was so impressed. And considering the behavior- the haircut looked pretty great. I hate that I forgot the stylist name, she was an older black lady and the patience and love she showed was incredible. Don’t know if I would have been able to do that if I was in her shoes. This was a tough experience but the stylist here made it worth with because of her kindness and her skill.

My daughter got her hair cut here today. It’s short in the front than in the back. And none of it is even. We asked for layers, there are none. We asked for a side bang and they just chopped straight across on one side of her face. They didn’t angle it or blend it. My daughter looks absolutely ridiculous and now we are going to have to find someone else to fix it. We will never be back.

The ladies working this morning(02/12/2023) were AMAZING with my special needs daughter. She got her first haircut this morning and they made the experience smooth, enjoyable and so so fun! She was nervous and they eased her nerves and just did wonderful with her! I can’t thank them enough!!

Was 8 minutes late to a hair apt for my daughter and son- booked for 4:40. I called in advance when I knew we would be late to give a heads up. Upon arrival, the receptionist refused to wash my daughter’s hair bc of our tardiness, even though I’d booked a wash with the apt, claiming that it would cut into their next apt by 5 minutes- even though there was no one else in the salon at the time. Refusing to stay an extra 5 minutes for a pregnant mother with two toddlers was poor customer service, plus their refusal lost the salon $50+. Will take our business elsewhere.

We brought my 2.5 year old son in for his 3rd haircut (2nd) time with Amanda and I just cannot say enough how grateful we are for the speed and efficiency she provided. My son hates going to the doctor and he hates being confined getting his haircut. He screams and cries the entire time. He’s the kind of kid that you just have to get it over with as fast as you can and then afterwards buy him a toy or two and he’s back to normal LOL His hair looks awesome and even though he hated getting it done, Amanda did a great job and got finished in record time! If you have a child that needs a speedy haircut, you will not be disappointed with Amanda. I will recommend her to everyone :)

I took my son here today for his first ever haircut. First off, the customer service is great. I found this place on Google and drove 45 minutes to Snip-Its not knowing that a reservation was required. They were so nice to squeeze us in for a cut with their busy schedule and now I know for next time to make a reservation. Our stylist was awesome (I forgot her name but she is in the photo), she took her time and was able to do a great job despite my son moving his head the whole time. She gave him the cutest mohawk. We will definitely be going back!

What a great experience! Special thanks to Michelle for making both our kids feel so comfortable for their first cuts. Our 1 year old was near tears several times, but Michelle knew just what to do to swoop in and prevent big meltdowns. Our 3 year old was entranced. AND both kids look great!! Not an easy feat when they won’t stay still!!

It was alright... not really curly hair friendly but I understand that dealing with children that scream and cry and won't stay still makes it even harder.
