It was my son’s first haircut and he’s a very shy with new people. I was nervous about him freaking out but Hailee was very calm and sweet and he was mostly at ease through the entire haircut.

We walked in and immediately got a haircut without an appointment. The results were great, and we even received a prize at the end. They also recommended a product to help manage my daughter’s hair—because, as a bald dad, I know nothing about hair.

It was our first time here. My son AJ is on the spectrum and I had made nobody aware of that. It can be hit or miss with his haircuts when it comes to him tolerating them. From greeting to check out, everyone was fantastic. Krista did an amazing job letting AJ know step by step what she was going to be doing during the entire process. She made him feel very comfortable and that means the world to this momma! His haircut also turned out fabulous. Thank you, Krista!

Acabo de llamar porque quiero hacer una cita para mi hijo de 2 años, no hablo inglés y pregunté si alguien hablaba español y la persona que respondió dijo NO, pregunte si alguien podía ayudarme y nuevamente dijo NO. Muy despota y sin gracia para atención al cliente, no pienso dejar que una persona como esa trate a mi hijo. Lamentable.

In the past I’ve brought my son to Yvonne. She was great! I called both locations to see if Yvonne still worked for the company & each person who answered was RUDE. Esp @ the farm location. Didn’t introduce their self when I called, I said “Hi, does Yvonne still work there?” & the lady said “nope” & hung up on me. We won’t be going back.

The place is super cute and great because the kids get little prizes but the last time I went the beautician cut my sons hair way to short when I asked for only a trim it will grow back so that's why I give 4 starts

What a great place to take your little one to get their hair cut. The ladies there are fantastic and do extremely well with children of all ages. I love taking my little girl there to get a quick trim. They also have cute toys that they can play with while they wait.

Demi was super friendly but $32 for a 2 min kids haircut that doesn't include a shampoo or styling. thought there would be cool chairs and tvs to keep their attendion..... I coulda brought her tablet myself if that's why the cost so high. Just Not not worth it.

Moved from Houston we’re our 6 year old daughter got her hair cut at Snip it’s in The Woodlands Tx! The second visit to Snip It’s on Blue Diamond in Las Vegas! The staff is very rude to our 6 Year old daughter and very unprofessional! Will not return and do not recommend to anyone! Kids do not need to be addressed by an adult in rude manner!

Such a great experience! Our son is 6 years old with ASD and this was the first time he made it all the way through a haircut with no issues. Demie was our Hair Stylist and she was absolutely amazing. Not only did Demie do an amazing job with keeping our son focused, she also gave him the best haircut he'd ever had - what a pro!

Krista did a FABULOUS job on my daughter’s hair! We got a trim and long layers and I just LOVE the cut more and more every time I look at it! The mini-mani was also flawless and the pedicure for my kiddo was over the top cute!! If I were forced to say anything I would’ve done differently I’d say I wish the sweet girl who I booked with would’ve A) not discouraged the appt initially (suggesting my 8 yr old might be too old & B) it grates my nerves like a cheese grater to skin for anyone besides my daughter to call me “mom”. I get it - I am the mom, but I IMMEDIATELY told her my NAME and asked her to use it and she proceeded to refer to me as “mom” about 75 more times in 5 minutes. Whatever. Snip-its still gets 5 stars all around: appt on time, cleanliness and friendliness. We love it and though the age limit is 9 I hope to come back for at least one more trim and spa day! Thank you Krista and thank you Snip-its and Haley :)

The stylists did great with my kids who can be difficult to work with. My kids didn't fuss once with them & their haircuts were the best they have ever had! We will definitely be coming back here every time! It was a great experience for my kids!
