Ms. Vicky is the best!!! She is always so kind and concerned about her clients. Grets everyone with a smile! She is very thorough and hard working. I always get compliments about my nails. If you ask her for a recommendation, she will give it to you, but will always leave the decision up to the client. I won't go to anyone else! Thank you Snow Nails, and thank you Ms. Vicky!!

This nail salon is not like any other nail salon…I highly recommend it to anyone. The lady that did my nails was amazing!!! I showed her exactly what I wanted and she did exactly that. 10/10 in my opinion.

Hands down the best place in Lynchburg. The staff are so friendly and the establishment is very clean The owners have put a lot of thought into the comfort of their customers and it shows. I highly recommend! Snow does the best designs and work . I have been coming for years and I have always been happy when I leave .

I've been going to Snow's since the late Summer. I have my nails done every two weeks. I've always had a great experience. They have great service, they offer a variety of options, and their color selection is great. Additionally, they always work to accommodate my schedule, and they offer great hours for anyone. I traditionally do dip for my nails. Snow is great with this service, and I've never not been satisfied. The one time I did have an issue with some chipping, she was out of town. And as soon as she knew about it, she asked me to come in so they could take care of it. I highly recommend this business!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was visiting from out of town and needed my nails redone so I had stopped in to get my nails redone I received a fresh set (from what I am use to paying it was overpriced) I got my nails done on Tuesday here it is Friday and already have one come off.

I went in for a fill in, was charged $60 because she had to “repair” two nails (per the website, it’s $5 each nail and fill ins are $40). No designs. Literally the same night after a shower, my gel polish was off several nails. I reached out asking how we can go about fixing this issue. Was able to come back the next day, totally fine. They were “fixed”, then 2 days later the same thing happened. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed again. Will not be returning.

These folks are super sweet and very knowledgeable! I had a bad experience at the last salon I went to and they explained how they could fix my nails and get them back to looking great. I got builder gel and my nails look and feel amazing! The pedicure was nice and relaxing! 11/10 will certainly come back and become a loyal customer!

I visited for the first time about two weeks ago to hopefully mend a broken nail but after speaking to the owner decided to try dip on my natural nails. I don’t know how I’ve gone so long without it. My nails feel solid and strong and look better than ever. She and her coworkers do such a good job I trust them entirely. I am now a loyal customer. I’ve also seen some of the designs the owner is capable of and I believe she may be one of the best in the city. 10/10!

Tuyêt Phung at Snow nails and spa has done an incredible job again! She is truly an artist that free handed my design from an inspiration picture. I really appreciate all her hard work and the hard work of everyone at this salon!
