Making the appointment was unnecessarily difficult. They want you to only communicate via text messaging with them. They asked us to send a picture of our hairs before we can even go there which was a bit strange by itself. Eventually they gave my Mom an appointment for about 3 weeks later which is longer than what she normally has to wait for her doctor appointments!!! After waiting for 3 weeks, they cancelled the appointment just 10 min before the appointment time, while we were on our way to the salon. The cancellation came via a text message!!! They wanted us to come back again two hours later. We had to go back home and wait. Two hours later, they texted again that we can't still go there. She asked if we could come tomorrow. When we asked what time we should come, they never responded to us. This looks very unprofessional to make a client to wait for such a long time and then cancelling on them without giving them even a chance to reschedule!!!! I had to take my Mom to a different place. After two weeks, I sent them a message and told them what they did wasn't professional. They didn't again offer anything to reschedule her and told me this is not an unusual thing!!!! I hope they are not doing this to their other customers. And I hope that they are not using the pictures of the people for profiling purposes.

Ruth is amazing!!! I've gone to her for kinky twists twice and both times my experience was a vibe and my style was perfect! Ruth is so sweet. She is amazing at holding conversation, which is awesome because I am not. And she is very talented with kinky textured hair. She is also very professional, I havent had any issues with appointment cancelations or price increases, everything is simple and upfront with Ruth. I got so lucky with choosing my very first hair stylist to do my first professional braid style. Thank you Ruth!!!💛💛💛

This the spot , for ALL your hair needs and Kid friendly , to boot . YES ! A kid friendly salon ,who would have thought , the kids have their own designated play AREA! how COOL is that ?! So you can relax and not worry about your kid getting bored while you get your hair did . Definitely deserving of 5 stars ✨

Heather and Tiffany were so much fun through out the process from my bridal trial to the actual day-of getting ready! They had a cute little spread with snacks and mimosas ready for us because we all know the morning of goes so fast! Heather was super accommodating to my change of hair style from the initial trial and Tiffany really listens and gives you what you want as far as level of light or heavy make up. Overall I was so happy with the final turn out! They were super sweet and I’m glad I had them to start off my big day!

Heather is amazing. I went from wearing my hair up in a bun for the last two years to this beautiful amazing new do. Pretty sure my hair now belongs in a magazine and Instagram. Now only do I love this but all my friends, family and co-workers.

I loved my experience with Tiffany! She did an amazing job! It was my first time getting my makeup done and I was nervous but she made me feel so comfortable. I learned a thing or two about eye makeup at my age too. The Best part was when I took it off I did not have a rash like in normally get. My skin was great!
