She is simply boss! If you are looking for a stylist, get on her calendar. I prayed for a great stylist after doing my own hair for years. My hair was damaged and in need of help. He answered my prayer, as she handled her business in repairing the damage and giving me a cut that I absolutely love! 💯

11/2/2023: Today was my First Appointment with Shay ❤️.. All I can say is that this was by far the BEST and I mean THE BEST first appointment/consult ever !!! ☺️❤️✊🏾.. Shay made me feel welcomed, relaxed and we talked the whole time I was there 😂😂.. I really enjoyed myself and oh I’m forgetting the best part … MY HAIR WAS LAYED!! Boom! And there you have it ! All I can say is WOW!! If you are looking for someone who will have your hair looking beautiful and healthy then it is a MUST that you go see Shay! I was so nervous about getting my haircut but after meeting Shay she put me at ease. She's very easy to talk to and the atmosphere is so relaxing and beautiful. Shay's hands are BLESSED! Shay you are Awesome!! So warm and kind! You answer every question I have on any service with so much knowledge. I love that you have passion for what you do. That to me guarantees SURPERB Service! Always impressed with my service, Shay is professional and thorough!! Absolutely amazing! Talented perfectionist! Her kind and confident personality, aides in comfortableness! The salon is clean and beautiful and follows Covid guidelines! Therefore, i feel safe during my visit. I have not let anyone actually cut my hair in years, so i was a little apprehensive but after research and reading reviews i thought well maybe ill check her out.....but when i received a personal call from Shay before my appointment just because she wanted to get more information on my hair and what my expectations were, I knew this was the stylist for me! Great service, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere ...Shay was able to cut my hair to where the cut was shown as a 360, i have been to a few stylists my whole life and none have ever been able to achieve that. Ive already scheduled my next appt.

I saw Shay on a whim a few months ago because I was finally ready to start getting my hair on track. My hair is long, curly, and damaged, and I was really focused on finding someone who would prioritize the health of my hair (even over my own wants). I'll never go anywhere else! -Shay is so kind and really reads your energy perfectly! She lets the client direct the interaction- sometimes I wanna have convo and sometimes I just wanna vibe and sit on my own and she perfectly gets it! The definition of "Me Time"! -My haircuts have been perfect. I'm attached to my length and I'm always nervous to get haircuts (usually) but also want to get rid of my damage and Shay helped me formulate a plan that lets me do both. When she styles my hair, she is attentive to the heat she is applying and goes above and beyond to protect it without sacrificing at all on how the finished product looks. -All throughout the service Shay asks questions to make sure she is in line with what you want while also making recommendations and really working with you. I feel comfortable asking questions and she is always happy to explain any recommendation or service. Last but not least- the STEAM TREATMENT!!! immediately I can see and feel that my hair is so much healthier and it withstands humidity better too. I am so so so happy with my services here and I recommend her to anyone!

I will never go to another salon. 1. (SAFETY) Shay took all the necessary precautions to ensure she and I were safe by practicing CDC guidelines. She instructs her clients to wash their hands before entering the salon which I really appreciate because that let me know she wanted to eliminate any possibility of spreading potential germs/bacteria/viruses. We also wore our masks the entire time which made me feel safe. 2. (SERVICE) When communicating my expectations, I could tell Shay was paying close attention. I asked for all-over-layers without losing length, and she did not disappoint. The layering technique she used was something I’ve never seen before. She customized a cut specifically for me, and my new haircut turned out beautifully! It was more than I could ever imagine! 3. (OVERALL EXPERIENCE) Hands down, this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a salon! Not only was Shay professional and had amazing customer service/consultative skills - Shay was very kind and down to earth. She has positive energy and amazing talent. I can’t wait to book another appointment for me and for my my family! Don’t think twice - I highly recommend!

Shay has been doing my hair for over 5 years. She never fails me with her classy cuts and bouncy curls. She is flexible with me when I want to grow it out or cut it all off or dye it blonde. She believes in healthy hair and I've referred several friends /family to her. She is great.

Shay was professional friendly she listens which is a huge plus she gets you in and out huge plus... the shop was clean and inviting and she focuses on healthy hair not just the look your going for HUGE PLUS!! So let me tell you how Shay laid my hair. When I left out of that salon after she flat ironed my hair, it was the bouncy, full, and flowing. My hair is natural, so I was wondering how it would turn out, but Shay's technique got me together. She is so nice too! I give her my fullest recommendation! I will return again and again.
