I booked a Brandies pear scrub with mighty tight body wrap, 120 minutes for $220.50. My appointment was at 1pm. I got there at 12:55. I was called back at 1:15. I was lying in the bed waiting to start at 1:18. Services finished at 2:37 PM. Total of about 77 minutes which at least 7-10 of those minutes were me waiting for the tech to return to resume the services after undressing and showers. The music is played from Bluetooth on techs personal phone and was not working half the time. Could not fully relax due to multiple conversations clearly heard through a sliding door. Speaking of the sliding door could not feel completely comfortable knowing that at any point anyone could intentionally or accidentally walk in on you when you’re completely undressed. At one point, the door was accidentally left cracked open. Speaking of being completely undressed, the room got very cold for about 15 minutes which made the experience even more uncomfortable, and not relaxing at all. Needless to say, I did not enjoy the services provided today. The lady who performed the services was extremely sweet and kind and was trying her best but when you pay that much money for services, the expectations are extremely high. This was my first experience at this spa. And for full transparency, they took off $40. Therefore total for about 65 minutes of service was $190. I personally would not recommend but based on the reviews, someone gets great service here.

I have been going to Soak for 2-3 years. My favorite Nail Tech/Facial person is Faith. She is very good at what she does (both treatments)! What I like most is, if I feel like talking, she will chat with me, and if I don't want to talk, she senses that and it is a quiet, relaxing experience! Everyone from the receptionist to all the techs are very friendly!

I went for the first time yesterday and already can’t wait to go back. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with the friendliest smiles! All the staff there is great and helpful and made me feel comfortable. The cocoa shae butter body wrap was so relaxing. My skin was pretty dry before and it is so soft now. My skin looks and feels better than it has in ages! I also wish I took a before and after picture because the stretch marks I have on my stomach look so much lighter. Highly recommend! I was also able to get my nails done too! This spa really is your one stop shop to pamper yourself.

This was my first time at Soak, it was recommended by a friend. I will definitely be back! The atmosphere + the employees were great! Avery did my mani/pedi and it’s one of the best I’ve had in a long time!

I went in for an 80 min Signature Integrated Massage and I can easily say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I explained to my masseuse, Brandon, the areas of my body that I had pain and discomfort in, and he did an amazing job addressing them. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend him and this Spa to anyone looking for a quality massage!

For this being my very first massage, I can say it was such an awesome experience and I will definitely go back. The facility was very clean and the staff was very professional. Brandon was amazing and was able to help relieve tension in my back and hips that I have been dealing with for awhile! Highly recommended!!

I recently visited Soak Day Spa for a facial, and I was very pleased with the experience. The facial treatment was expertly performed by Aminah, who demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Aminah was both accommodating and attentive, ensuring that the facial was tailored to my needs and preferences. The entire process was relaxing and left me feeling refreshed. I loved every minute of it. I highly recommend Soak Day Spa and Aminah for their excellent service and skilled approach to skincare.

Overall great experience, highly recommend! Amy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in person. Tia did a fantastic job with my spa pedicure, gel manicure, and lash/brow tint; friendly and great attention to detail. Brandon was great for the 80min integrated massage. He read my muscles well and was able to apply more/less pressure accordingly. Tea was offered in beautiful glass mugs. The cons are minimal: The seats for pedicure are against a wall so you cannot recline, though they provide pillows. There is a little noise transference from the nail salon area to the massage room.

UPDATE: The owner of the spa reached out to me and appreciated the feedback. The integrated massage does use various pressures and it’s left up to the masseuse to determine what the client needs at the time of the massage. I did recommend that they update their website to add some of this clarification as I wasn’t aware of this by reading the website. She was very kind and offered me a free massage upon my return. I will certainly be visiting them again. My first experience at Soak wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. My facial was wonderful (thank you Hannah!) the room was nice, bed was warm and Hannah kindly provided me with a robe so I could use the restroom before my facial without have to get fully dressed. I stated on my pre-appointment sheet that I prefer medium pressure for a massage. When the gentleman masseuse started, he was frequently using hard pressure and I made a few comments when it was too rough or moved my body to stop the pressure. He apologized and kept working. I also made sure to tell him that I preferred medium pressure. He would go back and forth between the two, but it was certainly deeper than I liked. What also bothered me was that his elbow hit my head 4 different times (not lightly either) during the 50min session and he never once apologized. He also only focused on my back and shoulders and some arms. I had the integrated massage, so I honestly don’t know if that’s standard, but I'm used to ones that hit the full body. So that was disappointing. Unfortunately this wasn’t the massage experience I was hoping for and sadly he seems to have pinched something in my left hand so I can’t squeeze anything right now with it and my back is very very sore. I’ve never had a deep tissue massage, but that seems more like what this was vs a normal massage. The website says nothing about the intensity of this type of massage either, so I assumed it would be a normal massage. Other than my massage, the rest of the experience was pleasant and the building was nice.

My first experience at SOAK was not a disappointment. The staff was courteous and friendly. I got a manicure and a spa pedicure and I couldn’t be more pleased. Tejera did a great job and paid special attention to some problem areas. I’ll definitely make SOAK part of my self-care routine and I also plan to try some of the other services! I was back at SOAK today and am kicking myself for waiting so long to go back. Tejera was friendly and courteous just like before and did another great job on my neglected feet. 5 out of 5 stars!

My masseuse was wonderful. The waiting room needs a little work. Normally there are bars or some type of food in the lounge. As a type one diabetic, it’s always nice to come to a place that offers this! Brandon was phenomenal!!

This was my second time at soak and a completely different experience from when I went in November. I went on Jan 6 for a facial and massage. My facial went very well and I was told for my massage I would be staying in the same room. Apparently all the other treatment rooms were in use (for reference I booked these two appointments early in December). The massage therapist was absolutely wonderful. My complaint is on being on a bed that was not meant to be used for massage. It was the most uncomfortable massage I’ve ever had. There was no padding around the head hole and the gentleman, bless his heart, could only find a towel to add some padding. On top of that, the table (see the picture) was tilted down at an angle, so I had a large amount of pressure on my lower back, which made it quite uncomfortable for me. The table also moved quite a lot during the treatment as it was not meant to be used for massage. I wish the receptionist would have let me know the proper massage rooms were in use and I would have rebooked for a later time. Now, my shoulder and calve tension has been resolved, but I’m left with lower back pain that three hours later , is still quite uncomfortable.
