I wish I could give this 0 stars they used shampoo that was not even good I had my daughter get her hair done here and her hairline was burned and had a lot of white hairs so I would definitely not recommend this place if you donāt want to get your hair Burnd and her hair smells bad for about 2 weekes

I asked for my ends color but it happen to end up being my whole head colored. Thought I wouldnāt like it or it wasnāt gonna look right but I actually love it. Thanx Soby for takin me out my comfort zone. I will be going here to get my hair done more often

It's been almost a year since my hair was over processed here. My beautiful hair-gone, still damaged and falling out. Soby refused to take responsibility for giving me a full perm instead of a touch-up and leaving it on way too long. It burned my head.

Worst experience ever, these ladies are the most unprofessional. My aunt she wanted her hair done and instead her hair needed up falling out. We have been to others salons and this has never happened. And for me they didnāt do anything literally, my hair looked the same which is blonde but my roots look really orange. And they still charged full price for make such a mess.

Decided to try to this place based on reviews. As my daughter and I walked in with plans for Mommy/Daughter Blowout, they ruined that within 2 seconds. She proceeded to tell me they canāt do her hair because she will cry. I said oh no she is 8 and have been getting her hair done since she was 2. But o k, Iāll take my money elsewhere! āš½

I had a appointment for 1:30, the woman kept doing her own hair till about 1:45 then she moved on to one of her clients so I left. Don't double book appointments and then not even communicate with me.
