I had my recent haircut this week at Sofia hair and skin. My experience there was excellent. Sofia is very welcoming, she accommodated me with my last minute appointment. She was very keen with what exactly I wanted my hair to look like. She did an amazing job with the kind of hair I got and the style I wanted.She puts her heart and soul into what she does. I will definitely recommend her .

Her rates are too high. Unfortunately, Sofia's service is not good like before. She gave a regular template style haircut and not the one i asked for. She tried to convince giving reasons. Paid 3 digit for a haircut alone. Would not go again or recommend to anyone. Used her service continuously years past when she established her business. The quality of work is definitely not the same.

I’d echo the reviews of some people earlier, that she rushed through the appointment. She didn’t even wash my hair or style and charged full price. There are no visible layers in my hair as promised. This is all after waiting for 30 + mins. I came here after seeing some good reviews on FB, but im utterly disappointed. Would like to get my money back if possible:( Please avoid guys.

Organic Keratin for very thick frizzy curly hair - This review is based on my own experience. I took organic keratin treatment on March end and I wanted to observe my hair post keratin before jumping into review immediately. I did my basic research about keratin and I was well prepared that it removes the frizz from hair and it doesn't straighten it and even I wanted the same as I want my natural curls but frizz free. In salon also I was told the same, that it doesn't straighten my hair, I was fine with it and went ahead. After my first wash, I did noticed how my hair became frizz free, easy to comb but In the front I still noticed small hairs without settling down and there is not very much difference with regards to the look of my hair. I reached salon and ofcourse Sofia was being patient with me answering every question but the sad part is, I was told that because my hair is too much of frizz, keratin doesn't work for me, even if I take the treatment again it won't give very good results and if I want it to be straight, I was suggested for permanent straightening. First of all, I don't like straight hair, second thing is I already spent so much on this, but didn't get expected results which made me stressed out. And now it's not even 3 months, my hair is almost going back to normal, combing is also getting tough day by day which I felt was the only benefit I got from keratin. I was asked to use good shampoo, leave in conditioner and serum to maintain the hair. Ofcourse, even if I had used all of them without taking keratin, I would have got the same results, there is no point in getting keratin that's what I felt. PS : post keratin, I took every care that was suggested to me. Using sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, serum, blow dry my hair, no henna. There might be various factors for why I didn't get expected results. But, ladies with very thick frizz and too many short hairs, please think and decide based on what you want from your hair post keratin before deciding to take the treatment as it is not a small amount and I don't want anyone to feel bad like me, that's my only intention for this review.

She has magic in her hands. She cuts with perfection. Never a hair more or less. Always tries to squeeze me as per my schedule. Not only hair, she did an amazing job on my eyebrows too.

Sofia was so easy to work with. She was flexible with my schedule and was able to get me in, same day for a cut. She's skilled at what she does and also truly loves what she does. She's efficient and gave me the most easy-to-wear layers that's going to look good whether I just step out of the shower and air dry or if I style it. I can only do that with an expert cut! She gave me good volume to my otherwise thin hair.

I have a very Frizzy hair and never tried any hair treatment before have a very Frizzy . When I reached Sofia she gave me good suggestions and did a great job with my hair and such an amazing person and dedication towards her job. Thank you sofia!

I have been going to Sofia for last two years and she is extremely talented and knowledgeable in what she does. I never told her what color/ technique I want and let her do what she thinks is the best. She never failed to surprise me. Can't do with out her. Highly recommended!!

I’m so incredibly happy with the results i got from coming here! I was nervous on getting my hair dyed as it’s never been bleached or anything before but Sofia was incredible when explaining what she was doing and took her time with it. I will definitely be coming back when it’s time to get toned.

I had my hair cut yesterday. There were some communication issues and my hair didn’t turn out the way I wanted which I totally understand. Sofia was nice and she acknowledged it. How eve what I’m disappointed with was she was running late from her previous appt and got yo me 20 mins after I arrived. Then she said she had to skip the hair wash since she has her next appointment coming up. I felt kind of rushing during my appt.

I have been going to Sofia for my haircut for many years now. I recently got organic keratin treatment done from her. In a few words I must say that I loved how Sofia walked me through the entire process and the professionalism in which she treats every customer is just fantastic! About the organic keratin treatment, the entire process isn't very long like the regular one and my hair is now frizz free, shiny and manageable. Best of all is it's formaldehyde free which makes it even more worth it! I highly recommend Sofia, she is amazing as a person and listens to every need of yours.

Getting my hair cut from Sofia was an absolutely delightful experience. I have been to many many hair dressers over the years, and am rather particular about how I like my hair to look. I was overjoyed to find someone in Cary who does such an excellent job. Not to mention, her salon is a great atmosphere, and she is a joy to interact with. I would definitely recommend her services, and I intend to visit her again!!

Hi, had a worst experience when I went in for a haircut and threading even though i had an appointment at 12.30pm she made me wait for 20min and didn't even offer a discount when I ask for.She has the worst attitude and spoke very rudely and doesn't value customers time.This is the last time I will be going to her.This wasn't the first time that I faced such a behavior with her Sofia.

I went to Sofia for my hair and this is my review Sofia transformed my hair into looking healthy and shiny and manageable I have very frizzy hair and really was looking dead. She gave it life made me look good and confident I have gone to many salons but none like her she really takes care of her customers, she gave suggestions, things to do to take care of my hair She actually creates a plan or program to get my hair back to looking good. I have not found any hair stylist who takes such good care of you and your hair Sofia is the best person for your hair, My hair is looking amazing, I owe it one and only person for that.
