Can I say that I am a pensioner with mobility issues who was lucky enough to find Sofia on fb!! Yesterday was my second appt with her and just like the first she was brilliant. My haircut was done in the comfort of my own home no hassles of trying to make a trip to a hairdressers shop with busy clients especially at this time of the year.! Sofia is a very pleasant young woman, professional, very helpful and understanding to my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone! I plan to continue to use her service in the future and wish her a very Hapoy christmas and Prosperous New Year!!

I've never seen my mom so satisfied with a hair salon. She loved her new hairstyle so much that even several days after getting her hair done, she was still complimenting Cindy. My husband and I were also very happy with the service provided by Sofie and Cindy. There’s a reason for all these 5-star reviews. I’m relieved to have finally found a hair salon I can trust in DFW.

Cindy is a genius with hair! I have your typical straight, strong Asian hair and I asked for a Korean perm and I couldn’t be more excited about this new style for me! First time here and this will definitely be my new hair salon!

Overrated and not worth of 190$ for just Shampoo&Conditioning and Water Hair Massage. No Styling No Customizations No Fancy Stuff No Coloring

This hair salon has quickly become my favorite place to get my hair done. The salon (and its bathroom) are very clean. Cindy and Sofie are very polite and open to ideas for what their clients would like. I love how they layer hair as it makes my long hair feel very lightweight. They make sure they are cutting the correct length that you'd like.

Sofie and Cindy cut my hair, my brother’s hair, and my mom’s hair. They did exactly what we asked for, had check-in points with us to make sure they were doing what we wanted, and it turned out great!! My go-to salon in Dallas!!

Cindy did amazing! I got a hair cut with layers and a scalp treatment which was so relaxing. I will definitely be coming back! ☺️ my hair feels and looks so amazing after coming here! I also got to try Korean style coffee which was so good! Everyone was very kind!

Cindy did my hair and I absolutely loved it! She gave me the exact color I wanted and explained everything to me in so much detail. I’ve never have someone do my hair this well. She is the sweetest lady as well. I highly recommend this salon and ask for Cindy!

I had a great experience here with Sofie and her crew! I got full highlights, color, and a haircut done with Sofie. She followed my directions and hair vision amazingly. I am so happy with the results (cherry red highlights throughout my black hair). Sofie and her crew are super friendly and knowledgeable, telling me honestly what works and what won't. Her prices are reasonable and the quality of her work is commendable. My hair is on the drier/coarser side so I appreciated that she put some oil in my hair after dyeing to help with hydration. I highly recommend getting your hair done with Sofie! I saw they also were doing hair perms with other clients while I was there so I may come back to get a perm done by Sofie too!!

People must be paid to post reviews for this woman's business. She's an absolute disaster of a business owner. She's racist af and will go out of her way to tell you what she thinks about other races and people's weight. You leave feeling verbally abused and with a rough haircut. She doesn't listen to any of the customer's suggestions, and proceeds to talk about what she thinks looks good on you. I've never been so disrespected and humiliated. I wish I could give her negative zero stars. I'm never coming back to this stupid, dingy salon ever again. I found cockroaches in her bathroom shoved in a corner, so it doesn't seem like pest control is up to date here either. I've also seen her be unsanitary with the tools she uses, reusing things from a previous customer, and eating while on the job. Literally touching my hair after touching food. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

They were so patient with my hair! Even though it was close to the closing time because of the process, the staff were willing to stay with me and finish the hair. My first time getting a straightened perm in the USA, and I was more than content. Reasonable price, and great service. ❤️
