My experience at this braid shop was a 10/10 I got exactly what I asked for if not better Sofie and her daughter was really nice and made me feel extremely welcomed!! they did an amazing job on my knotless braids and also for a reasonable price!! I will be back!!

I googled this shop & decided to try them out. My hair is beautiful. The young ladies did exactly what I asked for. Things that were not good service was the lack of sanitation. The braider's put the clients hair in dirty chairs, the braider's should wash their hands. I did not like it that multiple braider's were on my head at the same time. Also at one point there were 4 people on my head & 2 of them came from outside & didn't wash their hands & just started braiding my hair. I understand they are young but they need to be taught that sanitation is #1 in any business. I did not see any sanitation jars for the combs. I don't know where the towels came from that they used. Those things would make me not patronize this shop.

I scheduled an appointment Monday for 4:00pm I called and they kept pushing it up . Then Sofie said we’re busy now can you do Sunday morning I said yes what time she tells me 9 than 9:30 than 10am. Bad services it takes them more than normal time to do hair

Sofi is the best, she awesome at what she does and can execute any hairstyles just the way you want it! I have to say she is 1 of the best ones in the hair market, and is super busy which makes it hard to get an appointment so book in advance lady's.

Sofia has been braiding me and my kids hair since I was pregnant 23 yrs ago. I've now moved to Houston but I do miss the nice neat braids she provides. Making a trip home very soon.

I called to see if I could get my hair french braided into a ponytail and the owner stated to she did not do french braids, so I asked for two strandtwist and she said that she could do that. When I arrived, she was french braiding someones hair. I ended up having 3 individuals working on my hair, which was no problem, but there is a noticeable difference. Some of the braids are sliding, some are messy and some are good, but I paid for a professional job and that is not what I received. Will NOT be returning!

Fortunately I never got the opportunity to use this shop. I am a former resident who is only here for a week visiting family. I simply needed weave from a sew in taken out. Not the cornrows... just the weave! I called yesterday to inquire about price and if I needed an appointment. She says $30 and that I could walk in but as I started to ask another question she hangs up in my face. I assumed maybe it was a misunderstanding and disregarded the rude response. So I actually come up here when they were supposed to open today. Noone is here. I call to ask when they will open. She asked if I wanted service today of which I say yes and mentioned the sew in take down. She says we are very busy this morning 🤷🏿‍♀️ mind you noone is in the shop! I say noone is in the shop and she responds we won't be in til 10:30 but they can't do it today. If I could see the thread I would take it down myself! It would literally take them 30 mins at the most to take it down but I was told they couldn't do it. Just plain rude and unprofessional! Glad I dodged this bullet!

The lady's were nice, and I loved my hair, the braiders were gentle, my hair looked great without the pain, and the hair was very light , I don't like when my braids feel heavy and these braids are light as a feather also I liked the fullness of my hair, and my braids weren't stiff. Unfortunately I couldn't get in this time , I went elsewhere and I wont again ...my head hurts so bad, my braids are stiff and tight and they didn't have the color I wanted, Mrs. Sofi did.
