I used to love this place but since being bought out by Harmony, this place has really gone down hill. I went less than a week ago to get my nails done for an event and got dip nails. The lady did not cut my cuticles and the dip did not seal. Now they are already starting to raise up. I have had this woman before and knew her to be subpar, but I usually don’t care enough to decline her. She does not shape my nails how I like them and over-files them down into little stubs. But to have dip polish last 5 days really is cross the line into appalling levels of workmanship. Beware if you go in there, this nail tech sits at the furthest row of stations all the way to the right. I have finally decided just to walk away from this place for good. I got so many compliments on my nail color these past few days and it’s been so long since I’ve indulged myself, so I’m really sad that I’ll have to remove the polish already.

Great pedicure. Was seen right away. Got a gel basic pedicure and it was one of the better ones I’ve had. I did have a nail fall off but I do run, so that may be the cause.

I go here all the time and Mady does an amazing job every time! She’s very knowledgeable about nails and helped me grow my nails to make them stronger and healthier! I chew my nails and they are normally really short and not healthy and we grew my nails with acrylics and then gel builder(which is amazing!). She’s also able to do forms! Also she can do any design I’ve asked her to do! She is very particular and patient which is why my nails always look perfect. And Her prices are extremely reasonable especially for the quality of work. My nails will last at least 3 weeks, and more I take care of them! Best place to go if you’re looking for quality!

My mother in law and I go monthly to see Gail and Mai for pedicures. They are amazing (especially if you get ingrowns) Gail is the sparkle queen and I love Mai's attention to detail. My toes always look balanced (I hate when the nail or the cuticle is uneven) and clean with the fresh gel polish.

I came to get my acrylics removed. I was already missing 1 nail. She popped off 8 of them than INTENTIONALLY soaked off the last one (even though it was VERY clear she could have popped it off like she did all the others) so she could charge me $24. AND I had already tipped her $5 before this. $30 down the drain. I could have went to another salon and got them filled and a redone for $10 more. She didn't bother to even out and buff off my nails.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for a little while now, usually without issue, but I had a problem today that completely turned me off. Upon walking in I was asked what service I wanted and if I had an appointment, I said I was a walk in and a gel pedicure. The woman told me that was no issue, and took me back to a chair. After getting started, a separate woman (who I assume is the manager) asked me again if I had an appointment. I reiterated “no, I communicated I was a walk in when I came in”. This manager then gave me a dirty look and the nail tech as well followed by admonishing her for taking me, loudly, and in front of everyone. I understand she shouldn’t have taken me if they had a full book that morning, but not only is that not my problem, I don’t deserve to be spoken down to about it. There are ways of dealing with these things without humiliating guests. Especially when their service takes less than 30 minutes.

I had the pleasure of experiencing this salon for pedicures as a surprise for my daughter's 40th birthday. I spoke with Gail (I believe she is the salon owner) and requested that my two daughters, a friend and I be seated together and at the same time on Saturday, March 9, 2024. We arrived at the 12:30 appointment time and were ushered in and seated promptly, as promised. Gail was a delight to work with and the four nail technichians who did our pedicures were very nice and professional. Pricing was reasonable and the salon itself was very clean. All of the employees we encountered were wonderful! I highly reccommend this salon! Keep in mind that, although they accept major credit cards for services, they only accept cash gratuties, so come prepared if you plan to tip.

Coming here was such a great experience! The nail tech was friendly, and she made sure to clarify so that I got the service and shape I wanted. She worked quickly but effectively. I got dip powder along with pedicure and she was extremely thorough and a perfectionist. The salon was calm and smelled nice. Their whole team is amazing! They take their time even on their busiest days! I’ve been going to Jennifer for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Their prices are reasonable along with their wide range of services and friendly staff with the best/cleanest nail spa around!

French manicure wasn’t done well. The white manicure wasn’t done properly. This was $133 and included pedicure. I am unhappy that it costed so much and it turned out looking unprofessional/rushed even though it took long.

I just had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kayla. I went with the Harmony pedicure and she took her time and was very meticulous about everything. I am really impressed with the cleanliness of this nail salon and professionalism. Can’t wait to come back

I'll start off sharing that I stopped wearing acrylics for nearly 3 years because I couldn't find a shop in Frederick that I liked. I'm so happy that I found Soft Touch! The salon is clean, the staff are welcoming, and scheduling is always a breeze. Briana is my nail tech, and she never disappoints. It doesn't matter what shape or design I throw at her, she nails it (pun intended lol). Whether I get tips or sculpted nails, Briana makes sure the actual shape and form of the nails are perfect. They look so good, you don't even need polish. I need to do a better job of taking pics after she's done, but here's a set from this spring--before & after polish.

Not impressed by this nail salon. Went for a mani and pedi. I could have painted my nails better. The shaping of my nails was done lazily. My toes are painted, but my feet look the same. There was no exfoliation and barely a massage. Barely any moisturizer was used for both services. I could have saved $80 and just painted my nails and toes at home; they would look the same.

The tech was friendly and nice. however, she was done with my pedicure within 18 minutes and ready to apply the polish...I should've opted for the basic pedicure had I known it's a quick service.

Very nice shopping center which in turn makes me think the place would be spotless inside- it isn’t. The service was decent. I would appreciate it if they’ll do a thorough cleaning of the entire shop from the front door to the back. The shop is pretty nice. The a/c unit was sitting right in front of me- not ok & very unappealing w/ the place not being cleaned as nicely as I thought it should be. My tech was Gal- nice but I wish she was more organized. My chair was dirty along w/ the tables attached to it. That was very disappointing especially with me visiting here a few times before in the past. I like to visit this place when I visit my bestie on this end. I live almost two hours away. Cleanliness goes along way & having things in order. Please & thank you.

I had previously used them for a nail repair and decided to use their services again. I needed 2 acrylic nail repairs, but it was suggested to take-off, get a new full set, I wanted nail art, and a polish change on my toes. I normally don't ask the price for service, but something told me to ask...I guess it was because wasn't happy about the nail removal. $110, but she kept changing the dollar amounts. I calculated $110, but she kept stating $120. Even after showing her the calculation, she still was trying to charge me $120 until she added everything herself. I don't agree with charging someone $20 to take off nails w/o service and $15 with. It should be less than that because the prices are expensive. Anyways, she took off the acrylics w/o regard for the care of my natural nail. I let her know the acrylic nails were crooked, she didn't file them in the shape I asked for...and had the nerve to say she did a better job than the picture. She cut my cuticle and I told her it was bleeding, she did nothing but paint over it...which I need to contact someone because if polish was used over a bleeding nail, I'm sure it was done before. That's a health and safety concern. Then she told me because I changed my mind about my nail color, it was taking her a long time. She said it took an hour and a half. I don't care what I change, I'm paying for a service...like I'm inconveniencing you. I quickly decided not to change the polish on my toes...there was no way! The $15 I paid for nail art, I expected the lines to be straight and when I asked her if she was going to paint it again, she said no. I gave them a 1 star because it wasn't an issue as a walk in. I don't care if you're annoyed with a customer or you have to spend extra time on them, they're paying you!

I have visited them today for eyebrows. They cutted nearly half of my eyebrow with waxing . I won’t ever visit them again. They even asked me to pay for what they did. After fighting for long they didn’t charge me.

Los visite por primera vez y que desilusión, me realice un pedicure donde no me limpiaron bien y me limaron tanto que me cortaron con la lima, más sin embargo me cobraron 35 dólares solo por eso, adicional 20 dólares por aplicar el esmalte en gel ( algo que no pedí, quería un esmalte regular) y 10 dólares por un francés; la verdad no se me hace justo el cobro de todo esto por un servicio tan malo, ademas pienso que dentro del servicio llamado Express pedicure debería incluir el color de las uñas y no cobrar cada cosa aparte. También me realice un set de acrílico, donde solo por poner el acrílico me cobraron 55 dólares, adicional 15 por el esmalte en gel y 25 por la decoración, tampoco me realizaron la limpieza de las uñas como se debe, solo colocaron el acrílico, pintaron y ya. Anexo el recibo de lo que se me cobró.Tienen que ser más profesionales en sus servicios por qué los precios son muy altos.

BFFR! im normally don't write reviews but these nails....by far the worst. I do not bash the other nail techs because i've seen the designs they've done. I ended up with a man doing my nails which is not a problem but it's just that i've had bad experiences with men doing my nails. (Not all men are bad at nails.) But the photo explains for itself. They look chunky af while others are skinny. This is what I asked for. And this is what I got. Ngl I wasn't mad and I thought it was funny and karma for going the last minute for prom. It was the day of too. I look back on it and laugh. They charged me $80 tho 😐

Every time I go to this nail salon they tell me they have time for me and then they make me wait hours. Even with an appt, they never honor that appt. They still make me wait. Now there’s new management and it’s even worse. They do not have enough knowledgeable technicians to service people. I will not be coming back.

I called to specifically get an appt for 3 at the same time and was told no problem. Well there was a problem one of us had to wait. They were the fastest non relaxing pedicures for all the three of us. Felt like an assembly line. It was not a good experience. I would never recommend this place nor will I go back.

I started going here for about 5 months now and it has truly become one of my favorite nail salons. The atmosphere is very pleasant, it’s clean and the staff are friendly. I usually go to Angela to get my nails done and she does a great job. I would highly recommend, especially if your looking for a new nail salon home.

Twice I’ve been INJURED by an employee there. She did my dip nails incorrectly there months ago. She filed my actual nails down so thin that they were red and splotchy underneath. It burned so much when she was using her tool that I pulled my hand away multiple times in pain. She argued with me about how she did it right when I talked to management about it. This time someone else did my nails because I wouldn’t allow her to do it. However, she did my eyebrow waxing. I was hoping maybe she would be gentler or better with this service, but she ripped my skin off under both my eyebrows. I was physically injured AGAIN by her and she’s still employed there. They tried to defend themselves again!! I will never be back. I recommend you find a different place to get these services done because they employ people who injure others then don’t take accountability. Not to mention I booked an appointment with a specific tech (for these reasons!!) for this day and come to find out she’s always off on that day but they did not inform me of this when I made the appointment. Angela is really great there! She’s the only one who I really trusted. My nail injury took weeks to heal and grow out. My eyebrow injury is still healing.

i used to go to this salon frequently but came again recently to new workers both at the front desk over the phone i told them our services several times but then when we got there they where to full to take our pre booked appt and blamed it on us booking the wrong services when i made it very clear also very rude and disrespectful
