I had a wonderful experience at this salon. Neelu gave me a fabulous haircut, and the entire experience from beginning to end was calming, relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this salon. I will definitely be coming back and have allready recommended to my daughter and friends.

Sofy is incredible! Beautiful salon, amazing service! The best hair color I’ve ever had. Sofy did a biolage among other services. I’ll never go anywhere else. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a transformation. The atmosphere was so welcoming, making my visit a delightful experience. My daughter and grandchildren moved to SA from Chicago a year ago. Sophy’s salon is conveniently close and I, a 76 year old man, have now had her cut my hair during our last three visits. She is such a pleasant person, always gives me a great haircut, and at a price unheard of in Chicago! I highly recommend you give her a try.

Sofy was SO good with my son. Constantly encouraging him and reassuring him that he was doing great. My daughter wanted her hair really short and I didn’t want it cut at all so sofy met us in the middle and both cuts turned out great. Clean environment very sweet people. Highly recommend!

Are you kidding me she absolutely amazing!! I called same day my son got a whole long haired cali lion boy hair yo a little gentlemen. She works so fast and well with the kids and makes you feel like family in a way where she really understands children. We found a permanent place for the kids cuts.

Sofy cut my hair and my daughter's hair. She's 2 1/2 and this was her first cut. It was the perfect environment, Sofy was kind attentive and patience and the salon wasn't too loud or crowded. My daughter loved the car and music videos and Sofy was great with cutting her hair even around the dancing! Overall this family friendly environment is exactly what we needed and we will definitely be back!

My son and I got a last minute appointment, and Sofy did a wonderful job on both of our haircuts! She was the only person who has been able to cut his hair in a way where it doesn't stick up in the back, and I was very nervous about going shorter with my very long hair, but she did a cut that flattered my facial shape and made me want to keep it that way. Tomorrow, we are going back; I can't see myself going to another stylist any time in the near future!

These guys are amazing, I bring my entire family here. They take exceptionally good care of seniors and young children. I would give them 6 stars if I could. They even have a small car for sit kids in while they cut their hair ..

Don’t do it. If you’re a guy spend the extra money don’t be enticed by the fifteen dollar price it’s not worth it. It’s exactly what you’d expect for $15, terrible haircut. Nice people but definitely don’t need to be cutting men’s hair.

I walked in on a Sunday and was warmly greeted by Mrs. Sofy and her team, who welcomed me with the most inviting smiles. Despite being a walk-in, they graciously fit me in for a haircut and styling. Mrs. Sofy’s passion and kindness are unmatched; she genuinely cares about her clients. I showed her a few pictures of a butterfly haircut, and she did an incredible job! Sofy did a great job cutting my limp, wavy, midlength hair shorter with layers to add volume, and she was very kind. I actually had an incident on my first visit here where I accidentally left my main credit card in a tire air pump machine at a gas station right before my appointment, which I noticed when I went to pay Sofy. She was so caring about my situation and even called to check on me later in the day to see if I had recovered the card. I highly recommend.

Sofy has become our family’s hairstylist. She is a very positive, caring and loving individual. It’s always a pleasant visit with Sofy. Her assistant, Nelu (I hope I spelled it right) is just as sweet. So glad we decided to give her a try after our previous hairstylist moved to Houston. I love how close her location is to my home, as well.

People are friendly and haircut is nice but be WARNED they do not tell you they are going to do a style or blow dry for an extra fee and they will charge you. My daughter's haircut he ended up being $50 instead of $30. I don't care how wonderful the haircut is be up front about cost, that's how to run an ethical business.

Recently moved to San Antonio and I was looking for a salon to get a haircut for myself and daughter. I HAD long hair which Sofy admired and said how pretty it was. I told her I wanted long layers and no length cut off, I got the complete opposite, my hair is super short and the layers are very boxy. Not at all what I asked for and when I told her I didn’t want it that short all I got was “I’m sorry next time I won’t cut it so short” 🥺 I’m so disappointed and upset, I won’t be returning.

Went for a trim and 8 foil highlights and added a conditioner treatment that helped my hair be soft however, does not know how to add highlights or fix color. I went back twice and have multiple colors and different size highlights. Was not worth $150 or the 4 hours wasted of my time. Felt very rushed and didnt even dry my hair when i left both times i cant believe this is a beauty salon. Never going back or reccomending to a friend.

sofy is super nice, i absolutely love her. i got a haircut and i asked for layered and to get rid of split ends and she did awsome. i have never gotten a better haircut i adore it
