Bill is completely phenomenal!! I told him exactly what I wanted with my color, he listened attentively, and my hair looks amazing!! Bill is meticulous, and pays attention to detail. Equally, my haircut is just as amazing. He made sure that he kept the length that I wanted, and the style that I wanted, and it is gorgeous. I couldn’t be more thankful. So grateful to have found Bill. Everyone in the salon is kind, warm, and welcoming. I highly recommend recommend Sognatore Salon, and I am so grateful that I found them

This place is awesome. Bill the owner and Zoe couldn’t be sweeter and are SO accommodating to their customers. I went from completely blonde back to my natural brown hair and Bill was so patient throughout the whole process. 10/10 recommend for sure!

I consider myself very lucky to have found Bill after living in New York City for a number of years. Bill is a genius with cut and color and has a knack with my problematic hair. I always leave Sognatore happy. Bill and Zoe are the best and I would recommend Sognatore to anyone. The entire staff is so pleasant and fun. Just a great experience.

I've been going to Sognatore for haircut and color for over 20 years now. I consider the stylists and managers friends for life. I never have to worry about how my hair is going to look because Shawn always does such a great job. It's getting harder for me to get downtown now that I'm "of a certain age" but somehow I will continue to find a way because I don't want to "break in" a new hair stylist. See everyone soon!! Jenny is an amazing stylist . She just gets it. I have very difficult hair and it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had. The entire staff is also wonderful. Kind and polite and just a pleasure to come here.

One star hair styling. I added one star because they are nice. I had my husband's hair styled here for a photoshoot. It looked so bad that I had to try to fix it. That was impossible with the timeframe because it would have to be completely redone. My friend described his hair as unfortunate. That was being kind. My husband was pretty horrified when he saw how his hair looked in the photos. Some photos were completely ruined and unusable because of his hair. We had to try to photoshop his hair in some of the pictures so he'd look presentable. I showed them a picture of what his hair looked like for our wedding. If that wasn't possible, a simpler more modern style would have been okay. But they said they could do it, it looked nothing like that. After seeing it, I don't think they could have managed the modern one either. I would post a picture, but I didn't want to embarrass my husband.

The stylists at Sognatore are gifted, detail-oriented technicians; they also provide superior customer service. Even during the salon's busiest season, they manage to make their customers feel like they are the business's first priority. The custom color and style that Nikki did for my daughter were gorgeous -- she really listens to her clients and understands their tastes and needs. Jennie is also a real artist. And they are always welcoming and accommodating.

Everyone was so wonderful and accommodating. Bill cut my hair for the for the first time. He is a true artist and gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had. Because he's the owner and most experienced, the cost was on the higher side for me, but worth every penny. Won't go anywhere else now!

Sognatore is the only salon that I've visited repeatedly - and now exclusively - as an admittedly fickle hair salon client. Jennie does the most amazing job with my cut and color - she truly knows her stuff and is always learning new things! I also love that I walk away with consistent, beautiful results every time. I'm pretty routine in what I ask for, but I know that if I want to try something new, I'm in great hands with her. I also can't say enough about Zoe, as she is always so kind and flexible when setting up and rescheduling appointments. It's always a positive experience at Sognatore!

This has been my salon for many years. Bill is my hair Guru and never fails me. He is spot on every time, from hair cut, style, and color. The staff is so professional and personal from the time you walk through their entrance, until you leave.
