I’m the type who don’t know how to enjoy massage. Massage never doest anything for me. My friend told me to give this place a try. Finally, I met a good masseuse, Angel, from this SPA. I’m so relax after it. I will be coming back. May be try pedicure too.

They responded to me 4 years after my 2 star review, saying they had no record when they barely even checked me in. This spa is gross, unhygienic and a waste of money. There are so many better, more well run spas for cheaper in the area. Go to All Seasons instead!

Do not go here. Destroyed my nails, they had no idea what they were doing and I spent over an hour there for them to shave my nails down to my skin. Legit my skin. My nails are completely destroyed. I have never had such a horrible experience the way I did here. I honestly can’t believe this place is even in business.

If you go here you will leave devastated. My nails have never ever ever looked this way or felt this way. They’ve been shaved down to the absolute skin. I was supposed to get gel after and said absolutely not once my nails were destroyed. Please listen to me and the other reviews when I say you will be devastated leaving here.

Tried to get a standard manicure… the nail tech was very nice but unfortunately bad at doing nails — she made me bleed on both of my ring fingers from trimming my cuticles, and half of the appointment was spent blotting my nail beds to stop the bleeding. The base coat then stung going over the cuts and the polish itself was done super unevenly on the first 3 fingers, so I just had her take it off so I could leave. My friend was there with me and got a terrible gel manicure — uneven, blotchy, and polish didn’t even cover the whole nail on some nails. She unfortunately paid $50 for it, and I’m hoping she’ll go back to get a refund since she’ll have to pay extra to get the gel polishes removed if she wants to go to a new salon to have them fix it. We unfortunately had a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend getting a manicure here. 2 stars because the people were nice at least.

I want to cry leaving this salon. I was already so busy and didn’t have time for a mani but wanted to take a quick moment for myself. I asked for shellac, the girl barely filed and cleaned my nails and started moving so quickly. She painted my nails so messily that I asked for chrome on top thinking it would cover all the mistakes, blobs and bubbles. She got chrome stuck all over my fingers and proceeded to file at my skin to remove it. So painful. I said I didn’t feel comfortable paying for this manicure. It’s honestly the worst manicure I’ve ever received. The massage was like two slaps at my hand. They made such a scene about me not feeling comfortable to pay and I gave in and paid for the $50 horrible manicure. Don’t waste your time or money.

lol FURTHER EDIT: writing this a couple days later, my nails are still broken and cracking. Lol they charged me $20 for removal. Note that their website states $15 for gel removal. They offered some top coat to mask the damage and to “heal my nails” for free. Would not need it if they didn’t literally assault my nails, nor did it do anything. They did not offer any discounts for the gel removal service. Go here if you enjoy being gaslighted and lied to LOL ——— EDIT: in response to their reply. The staff said that they did not know how to use the nail drill that is typically used for hard gel. This was said in Cantonese. I understood this. You all knew what had to be done, but continued on with the soaking despite my protests. Staff also insisted it was acrylic. Do not gaslight me lol ———— First time ever leaving such a negative review, but truly upset about my experience here - would leave 0 stars if that were an option. Went for a gel removal and gel mani. My nails are ABSOLUTELY WRECKED and are bleeding from their work. They essentially soaked my nails in acetone for 1.5 hours, insisting it was necessary for removal, despite my many protests. They insisted that I had acrylic nails - I said “no” several times. I had expressed throughout that I had gel nails and that I had never used acetone for removal. I felt the pain and told them to stop, but they kept buffing away. Couldn’t do the mani in the end because my natural nails are now paper thin. They tried shifting the blame on the natural state of my nails - I don’t see how anyone’s nails can withstand that much acetone. Not a confrontational person so I paid the money for removal, but am literally so upset because my nails now bend at the lightest touch.

she was so STINGY w the amount she had in the brush then tried to gaslight me into thinking it was only uneven cuz i was banging my hands on the lamp like if you’re bad at doing nails just say so… they couldn’t do anything i was asking for they could t do acrylics or cool designs on the nails and apparently couldn’t put on normal gel polish evenly either. DO NOT recommend.

My friend and I went in for the express package which includes a massage, facial and mani ✨ It was excellent. Massage was really nice and relaxing and facial left me feeling hydrated and glowy. Mani I wish I had opted to upgrade to gel but still cant complain. Overall would come back especially for the price / quality

worst pedicure ive gotten in a while it was super messy and i had to have her clean up my cuticles and watch her fix her filing job, she over filed one of my toes and needed to be coached to make them even get close to looking even. wish i just left my toes alone

If i could give 0 stars i would. Worst place I’ve ever gone to do a meni/pedi. So bad costumer service. Had a worker argue with me about the result of my pedicure. I’ll never be back and Wont be recomending anyone Else to go!

Wandered in after work (I work nearby), Yanni is great! She did my nails (white chrome); I'm pretty rough with my hands so no pics this time 😅🫣. I went to Yanni for eyelash extensions too -- they are long and elegant, and don't feel heavy at all. Pic is from right after appointment, on commute home via subway 😆

As soon as I arrived to check in, I was asked to pay upfront as they stated 'their register was closing'. I came in at 5:40 and the spa closes at 8. That was a big red flag but I already booked and had my card on file, so kept my appointment. The massage was ok and upon leaving I wanted to pay a tip but didn't have cash. They suggested to use my card. I said I thought I couldn't because the register was closed. The receptionist kept quiet but felt the discomfort. I tipped with my card and vowed to leave my review & never patronize this business again. I believe they saw my ethnicity and profiled payment upfront based on that! Any Melanated people in the area, beware! It doesn't feel good to travel into town, spend hard earned money to treat oneself and face this! Very Disappointed!

Had the best impromptu spa day here a few weeks ago, and have been thinking about when I can go back! All of the ladies were so kind, I got a package for a massage, nails, and facial. The massage and manicure was definitely my favorite part!

Happy that they were able to accommodate us as a walk in. We got manicures and were happy with everything. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. Saw that they offer many other services as well. Would go back if we are in town again!

Soho bubble Spa customer service is very disrespectful, rude, unprofessional. I don’t suggest anyone going to the establishment. The front desk lady hangs up on people. When you simply ask for a manager, she hangs up the phone on people. Super disrespectful not a great environment.

I've gotten my nails done here 5x now (always gel mani/pedi) and they've done a great job every time. They use quality nail polish, the salon/stations are clean and organized, and the staff is super nice. Give them a try if you are in the area!
