Laura did such a beautiful job with my hair! She was super confident and knowledgable and did my partial highlights exactly how I wanted them! We added a deep conditioning treatment, and a touch up trim to my side bangs and ends of my hair. My hair feels and looks great! The salon atmosphere itself was pleasant and I love that they are located in a cute quaint cottage! Definitely recommend going here to get your hair done. Hope to return next year!

HORRIFIC TREATMENT OF A DISABLED HANDICCAPED WOMAN, BASICALLY BEDRIDDEN, but I gathered all my strength to go do my ANUALLY HAIR CUT AND STYLE AT SOHO DOWNTOWNHAIR SALON. I tried to utilize my Groupon on Friday 25th, the hair stylist LAURA, and her colleagues, HUMILIATED ME, INSULTED my hair, ETC. LAURA acted like was DISGUSTED BY ME and MY HAIR (that was washed, clean, smelling delicious), it was a little bit damaged. She and everyone that she called to exibit/parade my "HORRIBLE" hair were making fun of me. I felt soooooo HUMILIATED, she was soooo RUDE, HURTFULL, NOT EMPATHETIC with my TERRIFIC PAIN. I just wanted to look a little better, I BEGGGGGGGGED HER TO DO AT LEAST MY ROOTS, I EVEN SAID THAT I WOULD PAY EXTRA JUST FOR HER TO MY ROOTS. Because it was Friday 2pm, and i wouldn't be able to find anybody else to do my hair for my trip and Surgery the following Monday. EVEN, I think the MANAGER said to her to AT LEAST GIVE ME A CONDITIONING, WHICH SHE REFUSEDDDDDD VEEMENTLY. She DIDN'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT ME. I had to call my caregiver to go back and pick me up. When my caregiver arrived, he was SHOCKED TO SEE ME CRYING MY EYES OUT. HE had to help me. After arriving home, I just COLLAPSED. DON'T FALL FOR THE "FAKE NICENESS" of the stylist LAURA!!!! if she did this to a DISABLED HANDICAPPED WOMAN, BASICALLY BEDRIDDEN, imagine what she would do to you!!! LATER that day, I did find a friend that did my hair AMAZINGLY with NO PROBLEMS!!!!!!! This is my hair that LAURA was DISGUSTED EVEN TO TOUCH!!!!!! It LOOKS GREAT!!! THANKS for NOTHING LAURA!!! PEOPLE BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so happy with my hair !!! The best hair cut and color I have ever had !! Laura V was so sweet, talented, kind and took extra steps to make sure my hair would hold the color since it usually fades so fast!! She will be the only person I let do my hair from now on !! My friends could not believe how awesome my hair looked !!! They thought I had extensions put in. I left there feeling like a million bucks!! Thanks Laura -Karen

Beth did a wonderful job on my hair! She spent a lot of time listening to what I wanted and then did exactly what I asked for and it turned out better than I could have imagined. Color correction with Low lights, highlights and cut done is a very comfortable and clean atmosphere. COVID safe with disinfection being done as you go. I will definitely go back.

Excellent! I went in for a Wash 'N Go for various reasons and was treated VERY WELL by Laura! The price was VERY reasonable compared to quotes I received. Laura was happy to meet me and even did a bit of scissoring till I can decide on a new style. THANK YOU!!!

I got my roots done , hair trimmed , deep conditioner , and blowout . Very satisfied with the service . Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My hairdresser was gentle with my hair. Services is by appointment only so definitely call them ahead of time to schedule

I have been visiting this establishment for years. I was rudely asked to leave the building by the owner (Beth) of the business because she didn’t want to get fined for too many people in the building for covid reasons, even though I was in the middle of a preset appointment and my 6 year old daughter getting her haircut. She singled me out and asked me to leave my daughter, even though there will multiple other patrons in the building. She also violated my distancing space twice coming within 6 feet of me. I didn’t give her a hard time. She also was not wearing a face mask or gloves. Talk about a hypocrite!

I got a deal on Groupon for a haircut and conditioning treatment. Really adorable little place. It's a little old bungalow style house that like the TARDIS seems much bigger on the inside. All the desks are antique, shabby sheek style and the stylist I worked with was friendly and did a great job with my hair.

Bought a Groupon for shampoo deep conditioning hair cut and style did not get the deep conditioning should’ve said something at the time.I wanted layers and keep the length of my hair I left with my curls cut off she thinned out my hair so much can’t do anything with it.Went back to see her she was very Nice but did not see why I was disappointed so I decided there was nothing she could do to fix the problem it’s going to take along time to grow out. I’m goin to buy a wig she was very nice but that will not bring my hair back

My hair looked horrible I had to pay to have it fixed the next day elsewhere it was not at all what I asked for. I had a Groupon for hilights stylist upcharged me for bayalage which was nothing more than a few uneven orange streaky, brassy hilights. Very disappointed, wasted $120 and was never told they don't take credit cards I had to leave and go to the bank even though the door of the salon says they accept credit cards. Would not recommend at all!!
