I’ve been searching for a consistent nail salon in the Triangle for 3 years and I have found it. Lindsey and her staff are wonderful! Always clean and excellent customer service. I am always pleased with my nail service. Cannot recommend enough!

Love this place! AND DID... until today. I returned to get a polish change on my toes, I was charged 40.00 for a polish change.. and 5.00 for removing the original color!! Wtf.. wouldn't I just have gotten a classic pedicure that's 38.00.. I spend sooooooo much money here as a returning customer 😒 NOT again, I WILL not return.. Nah, I told the tech I could have just purchased the polish and did it myself.. SUPER Unhappy...

I don’t think I have ever left a negative review for a business before, but I felt that I needed to share my experience. This DIP manicure is 4 days old. Dip manicures usually last me 3 weeks. I got my nails done with a bridal party on Friday. I live in Philly so I can’t go back to have them redo my nails. This is the worst (and most expensive) manicure I have ever gotten. FYI you are also charged $15 to have your cuticles cleaned up as this is not part of a standard manicure. Complete waste of money. Very disappointed.

I had a really disappointing experience with my dip powder nails here. The tech was clearly rushing through the process and almost skipped steps entirely. The removal of my previous product was done poorly, and despite that, I was still charged a fee. To make matters worse, there was white powder left around the rim of my nails, making them look unfinished and messy. I even had to ask her to remove the product underneath my nails, which should have been done automatically. It felt like I was being unreasonable for expecting her to do a basic part of the service. Overall, I left with nails that looked far from professional. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.

I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year. I bring my two daughters also because the youngest loves nail designs. Today I had a confirmed appointment ( was not a walk in) and my daughter and I sat in the pedicure chair for almost 45 minutes without being serviced. No one apologized other than they were understaffed. I understand things happen, however, provide customer service to the client and keep communication open. Edit: owner did apologize and no more issues have happened

Very nice and all are so caring. A beautiful job was done on my nails for my daughter’s wedding. French manicure with a green marbled look. Absolutely love them and they look amazing!

Went to Soho Nail Spa and Annie was my nail technician. She was personable, friendly, and talented. I am picky with my nails and she is fetail oriented and talented with her designs. She offered suggestions and guided me to the nails I love. I will be returning and recommend Soho Nail Spa to everyone.

I love getting my gel x nails done here! The staff are all so sweet and I’ve always been in love with my set. I went to college in Charlotte and I still drove back to Cary just to get my nails done! Also, I’ve only had to get six sets in almost ten months because they last so long without chipping or falling off. I get so many compliments on my nails all the time. Definitely come here especially if you are new to getting your nails done, like I was.

I moved to North Carolina almost 2 years ago and this is the only nail salon that I found that does a good job. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable on their craft. They work hard to keep my nails healthy and looking their best. I will never go anywhere else.

I will recommend this place all day long to anyone who compliments me on my nails. (And humble brag, I don’t go a single day without at least one compliment on these beauties.) Not only is the staff sweet and attentive, but they literally asked me what I loved about my previous session to improve on my next one. Vivian is my nail tech, and I cannot wait to see her again in four weeks! (Pro tip- get the Gel-X. It’s pricey but holds up like a DREAM.)

My bridal party nail appointment was canceled at my regular salon. I called around to see if anyone could fit us in and SoHo said they could. I was so excited, however only myself and fiancée were able to get our nails done. We were told to come at 5:15, we arrived on time and were not seated until 5:45. I didn’t mind waiting since it had been a last minute appointment and they were willing to take on 7 people. The rest of my bridal party waited until 6:30 but it seemed like there was not going to be any space available anytime soon so they ended up leaving. I really wished SoHo had just been honest that they were available to take my group. I would have understood. On top of that, the UV lights are turned up very high and felt like my nails were burning. My fiancée agreed that it was very hot and said something to her stylist who told her to just take her nails out and let it cool down. I have never had this experience before. In addition, I did liquid gel on my nails and they turned out very lumpy and not shaped well. I have also never had this experience. I got a French tip and the tech left a lot of paint on my nails and used cuticle clippers to remove the large swaths of paint from my fingers. From a far my nails looks good but I’m disappointed with the quality. Overall, I would recommend looking somewhere else.

Went in for the first time today after hearing great things, had an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes to be taken back. I explain i want medium length acrylic french tip with NO gel. When I ask for my nails to be cut shorter she cut my thumbs shorter but none of my other nails. She asked me multiple times if I was sure I didn’t want gel and I explained no gel just regular polish. she goes on to put gel on my nails and she i ask why she’s putting my nails under the curing lamp she says it’s “to dry”. I go to check out and my total has multiple random charges they could not explain and I was charged for the gel I did not want. I rarely get my nails done but i’d choose press ons over this place! Also left with glue all over my fingertips.

The guy that did my wife's nails made her so uncomfortable that she texted me to come back and sit with her. He yanked down on her fingers and dug his nails into her hand because he was frustrated. "RELAX RELAX". My wife has arthritis in her hands.
