I had the greatest experience here today. My prenatal massage with Gisela and my prenatal facial with Beatriz were exquisite, and made this mama feel so relaxed!

This spa is the hidden gem and never disappoints - a large loft like space that seems to take up the whole floor of the building and yet it has an intimate and cozy feel . I’ve had massages, facial’s, workouts and had my nails done here and they have all been wonderful and the spaces are all so elegant - it surpasses my expectations each time . The steam room is also delicious ! I think part of its charm is that it’s a women’s-only spa . I’ve also spotted some very elite celebs here so I guess they are in on the secret ! I highly recommend it if you are looking for a high- end spa experience.

I usually don't leave reviews but this spa was different! My sister recommended that I try Soho Sanctuary and I am so happy I did. I went in for a signature facial. The spa is located conveniently in the heart of Soho. After entering I was quickly transported to a relaxing and zen environment which is a nice change from the busy streets below. The wood, candles and décor and front desk staff made me feel welcome. The space is very clean and spacious and there is even a steam room you can book to use. My esthetician, Susana was very attentive and created a calm experience. I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and refreshed! Can't wait to come back for my next facial!

I was here about a week ago for a post holiday wind down and the only complaint I have is that I couldn’t spend more time there! I booked a mani/pedi with Beatriz a while back and was so pleased with the service and the ambiance of the spa. I decided to come back for a facial last week and much to my surprise Beatriz was my esthetician. She informed me she also does massages and after the amazing facial I had, I’ll definitely be booking a massage with this triple threat soon. Front desk was so welcoming and the spa is clean and makes you feel safe ! Will be back soon!!!

I left my gold necklaces and it disappeared. I was the only customer there and Rose helped me remove my necklaces before the massage. No manager called with sincere apologizes or tried to make the situation better. I had to call several times to know the status and my emails unanswered. It totally sucks and karma to the person that stolen it too. Do not waste your money or time!

A low key spa that delivers pampering, beauty treatments for women. The massages are wonderfully soothing. The massage therapists will smooth out the aches and stresses of daily life. The spa is a woman's only clientele. A real oasis in self rejuvenation.

I had a great experience at Soho Sanctuary a couple of weeks ago. I came in for a full leg and bikini treatment. The aesthetician, Kavita, was absolutely incredible. One of the better waxing experiences I have ever had. Highly recommend coming here for your waxing needs and I definitely recommend asking for Kavita.

Services are great -- I got various massages at Soho Spa. Facilities are clean, cozy and tranquil. Samples are a delight. In addition to service quality, I wanted to mention that owner and manager of the spa were incredibly accommodating when I reached out to them with an unusual request. While I can't share personal details, my ask was met with understanding and compassion. I can't be more satisfied with Soho Spa.

This spa is a little oasis located in the heart of soho. It is very clean and well decorated, creating a relaxing and serene environment. The staff are all extremely nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. I had the privilege of receiving a massage and a manicure, and of course I used the steam room while I was there. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the daily hustle and bustle of NYC and just relax for awhile.

Relaxing ambiance and the aromatherapy of lavender was in the air. Message was soothing and the tension disappeared within minutes. Hot cup of spiced tea afterwards as I sat and gathered my thoughts. Thumbs up to Ere, check her out!
