The service is definitely not worth what they charge you for. They are very stingy while using their products for waxing. The lady kept using an empty bottle for waxing! They are very argumentative and the place stinks a lot!

Brow tech was almost argumentative over what I asked her to do to my brows!!! How are you going to tell me I can’t get something done that has been done a million times based on your limitations!!!! As I left the cashier asked what was wrong and offered a discount. I had a Groupon and instead of saying keep it and use it for a better experience next time. She redeemed it with the terrible service I recieved and told me to ask for a different person next time . Terrible service today guys DO BETTER

I drove 20 minutes to get here at 7:50p. They turned me away because it was too close to closing time for eyebrows only. If they are not going to take customers until 8pm, they should advertise a cut off time for people to arrive.

First time waxing the back of my neck, went in there and left in less than 3 minutes. She didn’t clean the area before waxing, went straight into it, added aloe vera after and called it a day. After waxing it, she kept putting more wax on top of the area where she had waxed not even 3 seconds after pulling from the strip. I am in terrible pain, sore neck pain, and irritated skin. It has been 2 days already & my skin looks horrible. Terrible experience.

Have gone here a few times but the last time was more aggressive threading than times in past, woke up with huge cuts under my eyebrows. Super disappointed because the service was so good until this last time.

Consistent service, open 7 days a week, offers body waxing and lashes. Usually not too long of a wait unless you arrive on a Saturday afternoon

The girls do a great job on brows, but the product that they used on my lashes was cheap and there could be better training for them. The cheap products irritated my eyes so badly that I had to get the lashes removed the next day and I couldn’t even sleep through the night because the burning and itching was so bad. When they tried to remove the lashes, whatever chemical they used got into my eyes and burned even more. The removal process ripped out most of my natural lashes and they were previously much fuller and longer since it had been a few years since I’d had anything done to them. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to accept store credit. I will NEVER get anything other than eyebrows done here ever again.
