LOVE IT HERE!!! I see Elizabeth regularly for my haircut and colouring needs. I have been seeing her for almost 5 years and I will never see another stylist. She takes wonderful care to listen to my concerns, wants and needs during our appointments. I always feel welcome and at ease. Pricing is always very clear upfront and in my opinion, some of the most reasonable in all of Denver. I never leave the salon unsatisfied which is really saying something because hair is so particular to identity and Elizabeth and Soko Salon really understand that. My hair looks healthier, prettier and fuller thanks to the care and advice of Elizabeth. I have been to other salons in the greater Denver area and I’m telling you, it’s not worth the time, money or tears you’re going to sacrifice going somewhere else. I would highly consider giving the salon a try if you’re looking for beautiful and healthy results every time and to leave with a smile.

Probably one of the best salons I’ve been to in my life. I am absolutely obsessed with soko and all their hairstylist. Olivia has been doing my hair since I moved to Denver and she is just an absolute SLAY. Not only is she just really good at what she does, she is such an engaging stylist, she has good input and great style so you can trust her with anything! I also have to give curls for their impressive time management. Liv literally just floats around the salon and makes it look so effortless. It’s female owned, female run. You feel so at home as soon as you walk in. They just have the best vibes. Love these girlies!!

Can't say enough great things about Liv! This was my first professional haircut in years and I was in for a huge chop - after researching different salons and stylists I finally found Soko and I am soooo thankful I did. The salon was so welcoming, Liv was so friendly and amazing and of course, I'm totally obsessed with my short hair!! Thank you Liv! 🖤

Can’t recommend Soko enough! The salon atmosphere is beautiful and chill. Elizabeth is just the best. She’s attentive, knowledgeable, confident and talented. Every time I see her I’m annoying with new asks (and stubborn bangs are no match for her 😂) In all seriousness, this salon is a gem, honest pricing, easy to book, and well worth going out of the way for if you’re not very close. I don’t leave reviews, but wouldn’t hesitate to declare my love for this stylist.

Elizabeth always makes my hair feel and look amazing! Not only is she incredibly talented, but also makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend! Soko Salon has such a cute and cozy vibe - the shop dog, Maple Syrup, is an added bonus!

Elizabeth gave me the bob of my dreams! She gave me the perfect cut for my hair, that looks amazing styled or air dried. She gave so much care and precision to making it perfect. I will definitely be back!

Liv and SoKo salon have made my dreams come true! I have wanted hair extensions forever and was told no again I wasn’t a good candidate. But Liv’s expertise made it possible. I am so happy. Going to SoKo is such a treat! Everyone is so kind and the vibe is great. I got these extensions for my 50th Bday- I could not be more grateful for Liv’s mastery and kindness.

I first went to Elizabeth a couple months before my wedding, desperate after a bad color experience. She fixed not only my color but also helped me bring my hair health back, making sure it was perfect on my wedding day. On top of that, Soko is such a cute place and Maple (the cutest dog I've ever seen) makes the experience 10x better!

I absolutely love Soko Salon! The staff is so so so friendly and welcoming. The space is so cute and they even have a shop dog Maple Syrup who is literally the cutest thing and a great addition to my experience there! Highly recommend!

I love SOKO salon . Christiana & Liv are awesome. I’ve been going to Christiana for years but Liv has also done my hair when Christiana is out of town. They both are wonderful. I always leave the salon feeling great about my haircut & color. I’ve referred many people to SOKO . Love maple syrup too the sweet salon dog☺️

I love Soko! All of the ladies there are so great. I have been seeing Christiana for about 8 years now, and she is my hair queen!! She always knows exactly how I want my hair and I’m always so excited when my appointment rolls around. Liv is a master at what she does. She took my hair from over bleached and over processed to healthy and a more suitable shade to complement my skin tone. She’s knowledgeable and invested in her craft, keeping up on the latest techniques and trends. The salon is bright, airy and comfortable and located on a super walkable street with ample metered street parking. Can’t wait for my next appointment because it’s magic each time!

It has been very frustrating for me to find a salon that has everything I need... I have had very bad experiences in other salons where they burned my hair completely. One of my clients recommended this salon to me, the people who work here were very friendly. Unfortunately it was another disappointment, my stylist couldn't do what I asked although she was also very friendly. I was blonde for many years and the first thing I let my stylist know was that I didn't want my hair dark and that's what I got.

Makenzie will be starting at Soko next week and I could not recommend her more. I was nervous to get my hair done because I have really thin/fine hair and have always been a bit self-conscious about it. She has been amazing helping to get the color I want and educating me on all the ways I could feel great about my hair. We used extensions which have been so fun and made me feel a lot less self-conscious. Also just puts me at ease with her knowledge and confidence. She’s a real pro, knows her stuff, and is the sweetest soul. You can’t go wrong with Makenzie. Will definitely be following her to Soko!

PAIGE IS YOUR GIRL! I’ve been going to Paige for almost 2.5 years now. She knows what she’s doing and does a fantastic job every time I see her. She is super knowledgeable and cares about hair health and is always giving me tips and providing insight. I usually don’t come in with a set plan because I know that Paige’s plan is always better for my hair :) Soko Salon is always so clean and inviting. The vibes are fresh & fun and I am always greeted and asked if I need anything. Cannot recommend Paige or this salon enough 👏🏼

Paige is an absolute hair goddess and has given me the hair of my absolute DREAMS! As an ex-hair stylist, I thought I always had great hair, and Paige made me realize what was actually possible. When I first went into SoKo over a year ago, I was convinced my hair was as blonde as it could be (I'm a natural brunette in denial). With a vague description she's always been able to give me the color and cut I was searching for. She has turned me into Barbie and is an extensions expert. When I went in today, I was looking to transition my grown out dark roots into more of a bronde. When I say this is my favorite color my hair has ever been (and it's been them ALL), I mean it. I genuinely don't want a different stylist to ever touch my head. While I've never had my hair done by Liv or Christiana, they are always SO sweet and I would trust them completely. The salon is cute and hip, yet never overly crowded because these qualified ladies are fast and efficient. The products are great and I always leave with beautiful, healthy hair. I could NOT recommend this salon enough! Do yourself a favor and book - it is easily worth every penny!

SOKO IS MY FAVIE FOREVERRRR. All the gals are amazing, Liv is my girl and when I tell you she witches my hair every time, she witches my hair EVERY SINGLE TIME. Perfect cuts. Unbelievable color. The best styling. And she just gets it, more often than not I go in with a vague-at-best description of the vibe I want and she nails it. My absolute fave in Denver!

I've been going to Soko since they opened and have seen only Liv for my hair for the past 8 years! (maybe more?) Soko is such a cool and cozy spot, and I look forward to every appointment. Liv, Christiana, and Maple Syrup (the shop dog 🐶) have put so much care into creating a beautiful, curated space for their business. Throughout the years we've done everything from low maintenance to vivids, glosses, growing out my hair, chopping it off, bangs, and every time Liv does an amazing job at bringing my ideas to life in a way that works with my hair and style. This was my very first time going to Soko salon and meeting Liv, as I walked in the energy was very welcoming and the salon was very cute. I can’t express how happy I am to have met Liv She listened to every detail when it came to the needs of my hair she explained the process, and made me feel comfortable automatically . I liked how professional she was & how she checked in constantly to make sure I was okay. Overall I was happy leaving and look forward to coming back . How can I almost forgot they had the cutest dog ever who eased your mind a little more (maple syrup )she’s such a babe! Highly recommend this place!

Wish I could give 6 stars! I have seen Paige at Soko since 2022 and I will forever sing her praises. In two years she has taken my hair from choppy, damaged with loads of old color to pretty much my dream head of hair. She is patient and understanding, and always takes my future hair goals into consideration. She is thoughtful through every consultation, and never forces me into anything I feel uncomfortable with. In fact she reads my mind without inspo pictures, and I always leave the salon with hair that’s better than I could have ever imagined. Not to mention the salon is the cutest place, in a wonderful location with stylists who are the sweetest souls! If you’re lucky you get to hold a dog while you get your hair done. Talk about self care :) If you’re looking for a hair salon to call home, look no further.
