Paul is a gifted healer. I’ve seen a lot of massage therapists for chronic issues, and I can say that Paul is top-notch. He’s also very generous and thorough, and we went a bit over because he wanted to make sure we addressed the things I mentioned.

The body work and education was 100%, way more valuable than just a traditional cookie-cutter massage. The massage itself was top notch, but my body needed more and he instinctually knew what it needed. The energy/Chakra balancing worked in between was so needed as well. Will be going back!

Absolutely worth every penny. I love it when the practitioner has academic rigor in step with their intuition. Paul found things I didn’t know were bothering me. He also worked on the scar area from a traumatic injury and got amazing results. 100% recommend!

Paul is more than a masseuse, he is clearly tapped into a higher healing power that I’ve experienced transform not just my physical body, but my mind and spirit as well. As someone who has had adverse reactions to Massage for back pain, I was skeptical to come to Paul to help with severe lower back pain however, I’ve never been so wrong. He was able to find parts of my body that were harboring deep grief, and ancestral pain and let them flow. I’ve never had such a spiritually in-tune and heart opening massage session before. Issues that I didn’t think were treatable with Massage were drastically improved from my session with him. He has clearly been given a gift that he so generously shares through his practice. I could not recommend him any higher. as a Circus artist who relies on my body for my work, Paul’s knowledge of anatomy, musculature and energy pathways has truly allowed me to flow into my potential, and feel more myself.

Paul is an amazing massage therapist. I love how he intuitively knows what I need each time. He always gives me a perfect mixture of working on my tight muscles and helping me relax. When I come see him, I can just lie on the massage table and trust that he will take good care of me.

Paul is the most amazing massage therapist I have ever come across. It is honestly hard to find words to suffice. Not only is he highly intuitive in his approach to what your muscles need, but after leaving a massage with him- your entire being will be transformed! He has the ability to tap into energy that deeply heals and nourishes you. There have been many times where I’ve gone in to see him, thinking that I knew the root of my problem, only to come out of my experience with a completely different, and valid understanding of why and how it is so. The knowledge and expertise he so calmly delivers is truly transformative, and after being a massage client of so many therapists over the past 15 years, I can confidently say that Paul is the best. Very welcoming set up for patients. I like the menu of options available for treatment. I go for the orthopedic massage therapy. Paul is awesome! He is extremely skilled in his practice and he explains/shows what he is doing during the therapy. I had my first massage with Paul today and it was honestly life changing. By far the best massage I have ever had. Paul is extremely intuitive and has the best energy. He offers many different types of bodywork and somehow he knew exactly what I needed. He even spent extra time with me, just because we both had the time. I left feeling high on life and actually called my husband crying. Truly an incredible experience. I can not say enough great things about Paul at Sol et Luna. Highly, highly recommend!
