Very intimate experience! The salon is cozy and the staff are friendly, especially the owner. She's all about the seriousness of her work. Doing hair for her is more like creating art! Always love the results!

Great place to do your hair. I bring my son here and do my own hair too. Good prices and great service. Me encanta Sol y Luna. Vengo aqui por mi y también traigo a mi hijo de 6 años y le cortan muy bien el pelo. Todos tienen mucha paciencia y se toman su tiempo para cortarle el pelo. Me gusta que hablan español, ingles y portugues.

I visited for just a cut for myself and my mom. My mom has short hair. The owner did a great job. My experience in the other hand, was terrible. The lady kept offering services I made clear I didn’t want. I found it odd that she kept trying to make conversation, took forever to cut 2 inches off my hair. She was trying to distract me to cut more, about 4 inches, and no bangs, which I specifically told her I wanted. And then she charged $75 for just 2 haircuts. I ended up paying over $100 after tips for a haircut I absolutely despise. Be careful in this place. Ask for the owner if you want a good experience,

I used to love this place but now they rush the service, and toss you from person to person even when you request a specific person. They should also receive a course on curly hair:( Last time I went i wanted them to cut my hair and not straighten it or give a blow out but they said no because it’s included in the cut price. So I asked if they could diffuse and they did but the lady who diffused my hair did not know how to diffuse curly hair. They barley applied any product and i looked like a lion head. The lady who was originally supposed to do my hair came back and saw it looked a mess and offered to curl it with the straightener. I said thats fine. I think they need more experienced workers that work on girl hair. If you go the owner and Cecy do a good job. But you’re not guaranteed to have them the whole time 🤷🏽‍♀️

They don't have any makeup experience. Literally made one eyebrow thicker than other and not even the right color. Foundation was not my color it was too pale made me look like ghost and they don't even highlight and all that other stuff. Eyeshadow was like 10 different colors combined and lipstick wasn't applied properly or evenly.
