Welcome to Sola Salons where you can rent a salon suite in Fresno and experience the freedom and benefits of salon ownership. Our Riverpark location in Fresno, CA is beautifully constructed with the independent beauty professional in mind looking to rent a salon suite. This salon features 27 individual salon studios, perfect for hairstylists, estheticians, eyebrow artists, barbers, nail techs and a range of other professionals in the cosmetology industry. Suite sizes range in size from single, large and double sizes and a few hybrid studios as well. Our salon suites are move-in ready and are equipped with shampoo bowls, cabinets, chairs, mirrors and shelving fixtures — everything you need to open your own salon in no time!

I've been a renter at Sola Fort Washington for a year now, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Debbie and the entire management team have been exceptional. From the moment I moved in, they have been incredibly hands-on and responsive to any request or concern I've had. It's a big deal for me to have such prompt and dedicated support, and they truly bend over backwards to ensure we are taken care of and comfortable. The maintenance team is also top-notch, always quick to address any issues that arise. This level of care and attention has made my time here enjoyable and stress-free. Can’t comment on service rendered the appointment process is “off”. I booked an online appointment, received a confirmation email, then arrived before the time. I was told no appointments were available. I don’t understand offering an online booking process, with text confirmation and not being available. Not the fault of the provider, I place fault with the company.

I went to ReVAMped salon, located inside. Beautiful building and very friendly staff. They do a great job keeping everything sanitized and also do a phenomenal job with hair. Highly recommend!
