Whatever your salon needs, Sola Studios is perfect. There's never a wait, and the location is extremely friendly, even for the tourist who isn't familiar with Katy. My stylist is Diana. She's really wonderful.

First time I got my lip color done. I was super nervous but Minh did a great job with my eyebrows correction, so I trusted her to do my lips too. I am Super impressed with the healing process and final results ! This color was selected by her and it came out gorgeous. I love the makeup look so the brows and lips makeup no-makeup technique was ideal. I have to say that the lip tattooing was 2x more painful than eyebrows (I’m sensitive) ...just a heads up, in case you have low pain tolerance ! but she does use numbing cream! The outline will feel the worst but the middle is okay. The lips took only 3-4 days to heal, the scabbing was not bad as how eyebrows usually are. Warning: lips WILL swell a bit after procedure and morning after!!!! But it is okay! and The eyebrows took 5-7 days to heal. I noticed that as long as you are properly taking care of them after the procedure, the shedding is not bad . Semi permanent makeup tech: Minh Studio number: #2

I haven’t been happy with my level of blond since I moved back to Katy 3 years ago. I have shown stylists pictures of exactly what I want, I have spent endless hours in a chair only to be disappointed. Sunny took 2 hours on my hair, and it was a WRECK after quarantine. She was faster than anyone I’ve ever had do my hair and delivered results I was actually THRILLED with. She was realistic with me when I suggested a hair cut, but my cowlick would make it not sit right and the bottom of my hair was damaged from previous stylists. I was grateful that she found a style I was really happy with even though it wasn’t what I had in mind. My results were better than what I originally wanted. Go to Sunny! I have dark brown hair that I can’t stand the color of and she lifted it to a lovely platinum and now I’m afraid I’m turning into a complete narcissist bc I can’t stop looking at myself. Thank you Sunny!
