Very nice, relaxing place to visit for a haircut. I've been going to a stylist, Katie Queen, here for a few years. She knows her stuff; not just how to cut hair, but her advice helped me regrow my hair after a lengthy illness.

Sarah Bennis was very nice and knowledgeable. I wanted a drastic change and she worked with me and talked me down the best route to go. If I ever return to Knoxville I will most definitely schedule with her again.

I can’t say enough good things about my stylist, Christopher Metcalf. I have went to him for years. He greets you with a smile, and is easy to talk to about new styles and what would work with my texture of hair. He is knowledgeable and I know when I leave, I will be satisfied with my new cut or color!

I had an appointment scheduled to have my haircolored by LeeAnn Garland who was highly recommended. I have NEVER been treated so horribly by a haircolorist in my life. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment only to find LeeAnn was nowhere near being done with her prior client. After waiting for well over 30 minutes for my appointment, LeeAnn consulted with me about what I wanted done. Everything was fine until she claimed to have run out of highlighter and would have to run down the hall to check to see if another stylist had some. I knew something was up when her next client showed up during her brief absence. When she finally returned without any highlighter of course, she proceeded to put hair color on my hair which was several shades darker than my natural haircolor. Then she told me she would have to schedule another appointment to finish my hair. LeeAnn Garland ruined my hair and treated me like garbage. Instead of being honest with me and telling me that she was running late, she lied straight to my face. I even had a consultation with her over the telephone prior to scheduling my appointment so I am not sure why this happened. No one deserves to be treated the way I was treated by LeeAnn Garland.

This is a very unique salon and I am a client of Kyla Metzker. Not to be dramatic but I would follow Kyla to the ends of the earth if it meant she could keep doing my hair. I have NEVER felt more confident and beautiful with my curly hair. I have gone to different salons and got multiple curly cuts and nothing even comes close to what Kyla does. She also tells you tips and tricks for handling your curls so you can get salon-worthy results after you leave. Her expertise and passion for what she does is why I will be a forever client! It also helps that her prices are more than reasonable 😁 I am beyond blessed to have found someone I trust with my curls. If you have curly hair, book her now!!
