Robin Jackson on studio 25 I went to her to get my hair fixed temporarily until I can get the color of my hair that I really want. That appointment went well. So she asked if I wanted to make an appointment with her 8days after, and I said okay. So she did schedule me. 3 days before my appointment, I canceled on her, because I have so much going on with my sons birthday party and school coming up, I couldn’t keep that appointment and I was just gonna re-schedule it with her. I did not know until I looked at my credit card statement and there was a $55 charged on my credit card. So I called her that same day, and asked her if she was in her salon because she lives very close to my house and I was just gonna go there and asked her herself about the charged! She answer my call briefly, she said that she’s in a hurry to get out of her salon that she would call me right away, of course she didn’t. So I texted her about the charged, then she texted me back that she has a covid-19 policy/ that, no matter what your life circumstances are, she will charge you 50% of the cost and I’m like, I have never heard of such thing, I know there is a cancellation policy, that you have to give at least 48- 24 hours cancellation notice or you’ll be charge. That I totally understand. She seems to think, that she’s the only person on earth who gets affected by covid!! So after all that texting with her, I told her that I will be putting reviews everywhere to make sure that people will know. I did put a review on her Facebook page, and minutes later she put my $55 dollars refund back into my account. It’s not about the money, it’s about how you deal with your clientele with integrity and respect. Please, if you happen to book an appointment with her! Just be aware.

I love this place. It’s a one stop shop. There are numerous beauty professionals in the building and you book directly through them. The common facilities are clean and decorated nicely.

This place is a joke they make you wait weeks out for a apt then they message you 4 days before your apt to "confirm". GIrl named Bri says she waits for 20 min and bounces nit even texting you. So i think my apt is at 11 which it wasn't i guess. Not even one message to tell me she left. I drive all the way to get there send she is not even there. BAD SERVICE SO MUCH FOR A FIRST TIMER NEVER EVER COMING AND TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO COME HERE. ZEROOOOO STARS YOU LOST OUT 200.00 HOPE IT'S WORTH IT
