I can’t Thank “Janet Scofidio” enough for fixing my hair today. The photos will show you how amazing she is. My story is, i went to someone and asked for cooper. (Mind you my hair was a natural ash brown, i just felt i needed a change). I didn’t receive what i asked for she turned hair magenta pink. She dyed over it and turned red. Very unhappy went the next day to fix it and turned maroon. I dealt with maroon for 3 months since my hair was so processed and shocked. It was time for my next app she said she would fix it and I had regrowth about maybe two inches. Went to my appointment she stripped my hair it turned copper and my roots were completely orange. I messaged Janet and she took me in as soon as she could. luckily getting in to her when i did she colored my hair and got it to a chocolate color which is perfect I knew she was going to help me and she did a beautiful job. I am super happy and will continue to go to her from now on as she #1. Cares about her clients. #2. Will never let you leave the salon unhappy. And #3. She writes everything down on what she uses on her clients which is such a plus. She will always tell you what the real deal is as some hairdressers don’t. Thank you so very much Janet i appreciate you big time.

I love the calm, relaxed vibe of this salon. Many of the stylists bring their very well behaved dogs. Everyone is welcome. I go to see Rachelle at "The Hair Room" every week for "hairepy"

This a place for individual cosmetologist and esthetician to open their own salon and have the convince of the amenities they need to operate it. Without spending a lot. Beautifully decorated with waiting area and parking.

Don't be fooled into thinking that when you pay for a full head of highlights you're going to get it. Sneaky little trick that a stylist only does a partial, at best. Then blow dry your hair to cover up your biggest hair problem. I specifically said my biggest problem is the back of your head. So many things went wrong with Courtney Voth. I also paid $35 for a haircut, which was done when my hair was dry, which I do myself. I could go on, but I won't. Please be aware and never pay cash, so you'll have some recourse since Sola Salon has no recourse and allows unprofessional hair stylists to rip you off.

I was here visiting Alyzza Villareal, owner of Beau Sucré. I have been to many Sola locations around the country and this location is so well maintained, gorgeous decor. If you’re in need of hair removal services check out Beau Sucré. Any other services you might need can be investigated as you leave hair-free and happy!

If you care about attention to detail, high level of customer service, and a warm and friendly, experienced stylist who will spend the time it takes to deliver high-quality results (vs. rushing clients through), Nicole Rae of Sola Salon Studios-Clairemont is the professional for you! When my daughter was looking for a professional to do a first-ever keratin hair treatment (non-formaldehyde) on her long, frizz-prone hair, Nicole came highly recommended (by a colleague with many yrs. of experience with keratin treatments & now living in No. CA). After the hair smoothening treatment (note: this was not a chemical hair straightening treatment), my daughter’s hair is noticeably softer, shinier, and so much more healthy looking — a total absence of frizz and dryness! Nicole also recommended hair products for longer maintenance of the keratin (namely sulfate-free). Highly recommend Nicole!
