It was a nice place. Unfortunately, due to covid the business was not a success. The owners were very pleasant, in the beginning. They met my needs, until I had to ask to close. I had to wait for someone to rent out my space before I was able to get out of the lease. Which, 100% was the right thing for me to do. I kept paying weekly until they found someone. But man, the response to my emails were not replied too or they took days or weeks to reply after resending emails after I asked them that I needed to close. I cleaned up and left it as it was given to me. I was out a day before the last day, so the new occupant can move in. And guess what? That week they charged me and the new person rent. I inquired about it and the owner replied, “i will look into it, it was an error”. Guess what? After several emails and text not being replied, I went through the bank to get my money back, in which I did. They are shady, so watch out. Get everything in writing or emailed and save it.

I have been coming to Stacy Viktora for nearly three years. I drive all the way to new tampa from south tampa every other week to see her, an area saturated with “high end” lash artist, because I am always so incredibly pleased with my experience. Not only is she an amazing lash artist, she’s an amazing person and has become a very dear friend. She is kind and understanding and always does exactly what I want and I barely have to say a word (and I’m incredibly particular with lots to say😂) she’s also doing my hair these days because she’s amazing at that too! Anything you need she can do it or will refer you to the best. Come see her to get your lashes, brows, or hair done and you’ll never look back :)

This has been the worst experience EVER, only due to a single stylist, Stacy Viktora. I have been going on and off to her for a few years. On, because she did a great job cutting my hair. Off, because she curses like a sailor while I'm getting my haircut. We're talking the F bomb constantly. That is a huge turn off for me and terribly unprofessional! Two appointments ago I had to cancel because I got almost to the studio and my three month old was home screaming with the babysitter. I explained The situation and apologized, but she didn't even have the decency to respond to my text. That was several months ago. Yesterday I canceled another appointment, which probably makes two in about five years. She then sent me a text stating that I needed to pay a cancellation fee for yesterday and one for several months ago! That is the first time she has ever brought this to my attention. I told her I wasn't going to do that because it is all I can do anymore to sit through her language and she also has referred to me, to my face, as her worst client ever. She said this through laughter, but I knew she meant it because I don't go see her often enough. When she found out that I was not going to pay cancellation fees from two times ago, she began to attack my character and my Christianity and told me thank God I was gone and that she felt sorry for me on many levels. So, in summary, if you would like a very unprofessional stylist and one who is going to be condescending and then attack your character if you don't pay a cancellation fee, Stacy Viktora is your gal!!
