The massage itself was good, but customer service was awful. I made an appointment for a massage and when I showed up at the agreed upon time, I was told they weren’t able to do the massage and they made a mistake in scheduling. So I came in later that day at another agreed upon time and showed them my voucher for a 60 minute massage. Then the lady asked me if I wanted to extend it to a 90 minute session for $40 more and I said no. Once the massage was done the lady said that they ended up going over on the 60 minute session and they need to charge me for the 90 minute session even though it wasn’t that long. I am definitely not returning.

My husband and I purchased the 60 minute couples massage at Solace Spa off of Groupon as a joint gift for our 5th wedding anniversary. It was such a wonderful and relaxing experience. Everyone was very welcoming and polite, the establishment was very clean, and the total atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful. The full body massage was amazing! They applied the perfect amount of pressure and I really felt like they took their time to make the most of your 60 minute massage. I would highly recommend Solace Spa and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

This was without a doubt one of the greatest massages I’ve ever received. My wife and I had the couples massage and left feeling like completely new people. My masseuse had incredible precision. Highly recommend!

WOW! I have been looking for a place that does massages well, and I could not be more pleased. I went in for a couples massage and the gentleman who took care of me was incredible. The perfect amount of pressure and precision. I felt him get a knot out of my shoulder that's been there for years! The environment was clean and relaxing, and the staff was extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely be back and cannot say enough good things!! Highly recommend!

my daughter booked our massages there as a birthday gift to me. We arrived and a man and a woman were standing outside smoking cigarette. When my daughter said we were there 730 appointments they ran into the building. As we got out of the car heading in, the man came back out and told us we had to come another day. Keep in mind, she called to confirm hours beforehand. We have busy schedules and we work hard for our money. We don’t have time to drive 40 minutes to be rejected after prepaying ($140 on Groupon) for services. We are still trying to get a refund but it is proving to be pretty difficult

First time getting a massage, we did a couples massage. I really enjoyed it, the lady that worked on me was really nice and very skillful. I felt rebalanced and mellowed out afterwards.Thank you for the alignment. Gratitude

Had an absolutely amazing full body and hot stone massage. Nice and welcoming atmosphere, room was nice and big, table was comfortable. Guy didn't say a word during the massage, which I absolutely appreciated. Even massaged my ears! I could tell he focused on areas where there were obvious knots and tension. Felt so relaxed, very pleasant experience.

My wife & I went for a couples massage and it was absolutely AMAZING! A one of a kind experience. I’ve have so many massages in my life but NEVER like this one. I felt comfortable & relaxed from the moment we walked in! The ambiance/atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. I will definitely be back! I wish I could take them back home to Columbus!

BEST MASSAGE IN INDY!!!! But in all seriousness my husband and I have been getting a couples massage once a month for about 3 years. When we first moved to Indianapolis we tried a ton of different massage places to find our favorite. THIS IS IT and it’s not even close. All you need is 60 minutes and they hit every muscle. They do not waste half of your time talking to you and acting like they are a physical therapists lol. It’s straight to work from your face down to your feet and actually helps you feel better for a week or two. Then as if it could get any better, it’s actually AFFORDABLE. We have started recommending this place to all of our friends.

I appreciate that they were able to accommodate a same day couples massage for my boyfriend and I on our last day in Indianapolis. The location is a bit unusual, but the massages were very nice. I liked the leg massage the most.

We stopped in for a one hour couples message while visiting indy. This was an amazing full body message and a hot stone treatment. Messages rooms were very clean and the masseuse was very respectful. Super relaxing experience.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They don’t care. They prioritize walk ins first. Only one female works a day. There is a little man who can do massages as well but refuses to massage any men.

If I could give them a 10, I would. Hands down the best massage I have ever had. I walked in there in absolute pain in my neck and shoulders and walked out feeling like a new woman. They gained a new customer tonight. I will be back. He did the deep tissue and released all of the knots I had in my shoulder and neck. I will tell everyone I know about them. AND they are open later so I can come after work. Their prices are reasonable too. Convenient, clean, friendly simply the BEST!!

I get a Deep tissue Massage with hot stone that gets all my kinks out! The facial is professional and wonderful, I loved it! We had an excellent experience!! Joyce welcomed us with her sweet personality & our couples massage was perfect!! Chloe was so fantastic!! Great way to feel better and very relax!!! Highly recommended 😊 FABULOUS!!! We feel like this was the perfect way to relax for the weekend!!! We will definitely plan for another couples massage soon.

You're better off going to Foot Euphoria in Castleton or Foot Loose in Greenwood those establishments are both CLEAN, HAVE MODERN EQUIPMENT, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & ARE ADEQUATELY PRICED. This place is trash in every aspect. I should've kept the benefit of doubt that I gave them ... Oh well NEVER AGAIN.

Got a Swedish massage a couple days before a 50 mile run and it felt good and loosened me up. Today, a week after the 50 mile, I got their sports package and it felt amazing! Definitely going to stick with this place from now on!
