This is a good place. Very clean. The staff is attentive, friendly. After the massage I felt tired and hungry, which means the massage was good. I even got rid of the pain in my hip joint. I will definitely visit this place regularly.

I came for a massage while dealing with a sinus headache and left feeling 1,000 times better thank you to AMY! This spa is clean and smells really great. The massage oils/ingredients also smelled fantastic! The receptionist was so sweet from start to finish. The Vanilla Chai at checkout is yummy and was a nice touch!! I will absolutely be back and highly recommend that you go check this place out. Ask for Amy! Her hands are strong, but really soft.

I’ve been using sole reflections for over 5 years now and every experience is 100% amazing. I’ve gotten a variety of services here and each one is perfect. Experienced masseuse, clean peaceful studio, customize to your preference and always prompt. Great value for money.

I love coming here. They treat me great they know who my favorite messause is and who I go too. I come here every weekend and sometimes twice a week. I am normally really flexible but I called today to see if there was any flexibility to get a time I needed and was just told no. There could of been a well let me see if there is something and call you back. No just told no. I really did not appreciate it. I consider myself a regular coming here every weekend with Vicky and I don't feel I tip terrible but based on how I was treated today then I will look for someone else. Sorry Vicky that I will be going to someone else but the front desk made it clear I have to look for another person. I might not come as often as I do if this is how I will be treated. Eddie j

I was visiting this place for the first time. Front desk staff it’s very friendly. Place is very quiet and clean. My massage therapist Linda wang she did amazing job. I definitely will go back again!

The front staff is very friendly and thorough, you fill out a form asking if there are areas you want more focus and areas you want avoided. The prices are very affordable and have never had problems scheduling. The massages have always been great, very professional. The therapist briefly reviews the form you filled out and they’ve always regularly checked in on pressure and adjusted accordingly.

Update 09/05/24. Unfortunately, Tina is no longer there and today, I did have a deep tissue massage session with Lucy Lau, she is new, but she is as good or better than Tina! I hope she stays because all my previous favorite masseuses all left. I love how clean and peaceful Sole Reflexion is. I have been a longtime customer. Tina Qi is the best masseuse here. Hopefully she stays, a lot of my previous favorite masseuse left but Tina Qi and also Jing are the 2 best for deep tissue massage. I had Tina today and she really fixed all the kinks on my neck that is hard to get into. She is amazing, and I appreciate the vanilla chai drink. Happy New Year! New ownership and I appreciate the delicious chai tea, and last night I have found the best masseuse. Her name is Angela Chang. She hit all the right spot and she is strong but she has meaty hands so its not bony and poking to where it hurts. She was amazing, the best 90 minutes in a loooong time. I cannot wait to book more sessions with her. What I like about this place is it's super clean. I'm OCD and very particular about spas. The place makes you feel welcoming, the I always do the full body massage, they do deep tissue very good. My favorite place to get a massage.

The reflexology at this place is to die for, I loved it a lot. The masseuses took great care of me, and they made sure I comfortable throughout my entire session. 10/10!

This massage spa was an extraordinary experience! I felt so welcomed and the front desk was super friendly. I had booked with Lisa, and I do not regret!! The massage itself was phenomenal, I felt amazing afterwards. Will be coming back.

Been coming here for years even though it’s a bit far from me, it’s so worth it! Clean, professional, reasonable pricing, and relaxing. I like a 1 hour reflexology session with strong masseuse with super firm pressure (tip accordingly as it is more labor intensive and tiring for them). I want to gatekeep these people bc it’s been hard to book an appointment with them but Amy and Michelle are highly recommended! I’m sure all of them are but I like to stay with the same people.

A much needed place for me to discover! The Swedish massage from Jason was perfection. They even gave me chai tea after the massage. 💆🏾‍♀️ The front office people were kind and professional. The booking of appointment was smooth. I recommend going here!

I have come to Sole Reflections (SR) several times. Each time requestion Jason for sweddish messages then deep tissue messages. He is very professional and checkin with me about pressure during my appt. The location is fine and parking is ok. The employees are so sweet, professiional and helpful. They are welcoming and helpful. The therapist truly pays attention to the intake form asking whre area you want to focus on and what places to avoid. The place is beautiful spotless, soothing and induces relaxzation! I will never go elsewhere for my messages! My therapist (Jason) is hands down the BEST i have ever had!

To the people that get upset over MANDATORY TIP, shame on you. Why wouldn't you tip the masseuse that's working on your body for an hour? These masseuses work on multiple people/day for an hour + applying deep pressure. Massaging someone for an hour is not easy on the hands. It also does not matter if the establishment pays them separately, you should be tipping anyone that provides a service to you. If you create a 1-star review because you're upset over a tip, please go somewhere in Bellaire where its more affordable and gives you leeway to provide a tip. Surely, you're not upset about a tip, but more at the fact that you're already spending so much on an hour massage that you don't find it worth spending more for a tip. *I've gone to several establishments where the massage was less than mediocre, but I still gave a tip and never went back. * Anyhow, I have gone to this location for the past 3-4 years now and they never fail to do an amazing job. I've tried several masseuses, but Frank and Jason are my favorite! Frank is great if you enjoy more thumb pressure massage and Jason is great for thumb as well, but I found he uses his elbows more often with the right amount of pressure. The location is very nice and clean with a dark ambiance. Bathrooms and rooms are clean as well. My entire family comes to this location ever since I recommended it to them! You definitely get your money's worth.
