I've been working with Brittany since March of 2023, and have been clear since October 2024. Brittany is truly the best and really cares about her clients! She has consistently checked in with me after treatments to ensure skin was improving and made adjustments if we weren't seeing the results we wanted. To anyone reading this who is not clear in 3 months- trust the process! It took a long time to identify my triggers and train myself to think twice on ingredients of food/drinks (b12 + Celsius + whey protein + peanut butter).. it also takes time to identify the best routine & have your skin settle into it... trust Brittany and do what she says!! You won't regret it. If anything, you'll wish you found her sooner/took her advice to heart quicker.

I’ve been delaying posting a review because it’s hard to find the words to articulate just how amazing Brittany and her work is. I struggled with intense acne coming off hormonal birth control and tried many different acne specialists. Nobody compared to Brittany. One of my biggest life regrets is not finding her sooner. She was able to make tweaks to my products and repair my damaged skin barrier (damaged by other esties and doctors). She is the skin whisper! Not only is she well educated on acne, she understands the emotional impact it has on her clients and will hold your hand through the process. She got my skin clear in 6 months and is now working with me on PIE scars. I can’t recommend working with her enough.

Brittany is the best! I have tried San Diego acne clinic, dermatologists, and what feels like everything in between and Brittany has turned my skin around to the best place it has been in 10 years. So thankful for her! She is always willing to hear you out on your skin issues and is reachable by text at all times. There is about a 90 day period that you will have to wait to really see your skin transform but it’s so worth it! I was hesitant to try something else for my acne considering everything I tried before didn’t work but I’m so glad I booked that first appointment with Brittany.

I've struggled with cystic acne for most of my adult life – it's been a constant battle. I tried everything from different medications, topical creams, and even lasers, but nothing seemed to truly help with the root cause of the issue. Then I found Brittany: the SKIN QUEEN! In just over a year of working with her, I've seen a dramatic improvement in my skin not only with the amount of breakouts but also a significant improvement in texture. Brittany's knowledge and expertise are truly impressive. She understands what it's like to have acne and approaches treatment from a holistic perspective. She's incredibly kind and supportive, always taking the time to explain things clearly and answer all my questions. Brittany's virtual care options are incredibly helpful when I can't make it down to San Diego to visit in person. i found brittany on the face reality website as a level 2 acne expert. i’ve struggled with pregnancy and postpartum hormonal acne for the past 2 years. i would get facials at another spa and saw no improvement in my skin. after seeing brittany for the first time, my skin was the clearest it’s been only a WEEK after my first appointment with her. she is so knowledgeable about every skin concern and question i have for her. i also love that i’m able to reach out to her 24/7. she really builds connections with her clients and you can definitely tell that everyone loves her. i’m so grateful for brittany and everything she has done for me and my skin. 10000/10 would recommend coming to brittany for your skin concerns!!

I have struggled with hormonal acne for two years now and have tried everything. I’ve gone on medications, changed my diet, and spent thousands of dollars on products I thought would heal my skin. Brittany SAVED my skin, my confidence was lacking until I met with her and we came up with a personalized plan that helped me reach my goal. Instead of active cystic acne I am just working on maintaining a healthy glow and working on my pigmentation. Face reality is a game changer and I’ll never stop using it - seriously!!!! i would recommend Brittany 100000% to anyone struggling with acne. There was a point where I actually thought my skin was a lost cause because nothing worked, going to dermatologists did nothing, antibiotics didnt help me, accutane only lasted for a little bit, and my skin did not respond to any products. Since going to see Brittany as my esthetician, she has educated me so much and has given me the best skin care routine i have ever had, and it WORKS. This has seriously changed my confidence and it means the world to me as I had suffered with acne prone skin since i was 18. Face reality and Brittany are a game changer seriously.

Brittany is so amazing! She takes into consideration your specific needs, she is patient, and very educational when it comes to skin and acne. Not only that, but she is incredibly funny and I always love going to get facials from her. My chin acne was bad when I first started going to her and she stuck with me through it all. I now am happy to say that I don’t have any chin acne and it is thanks to her knowledge and continued efforts. I couldn’t say enough good things about Soledad Mountain Spa and Brittany!

Brittany has totally changed my life and helped me regain my confidence! I started seeing her 5 months ago and I can't believe I'm already fully clear. I have struggled with acne throughout my entire 20s and did everythingggg I could to clear it. I spent thousands of dollars on products, facials, treatments, dermatologists, super restrictive elimination diets. Nothing worked and stuck. Until I saw Brittany! She is so sweet and caring and makes you enjoy the treatments and feel so optimistic about the clearing process. I think one of the most helpful parts has been knowing that someone I trust is taking care of me and advising me on my skin. She uses the best products and is very thoughtful about the recommendations she makes for every client. Brittany is a super fun, knowledgeable, and attentive esthetician. I am lucky to be able to be a client of hers. She has taken my skin to a whole new level since beginning in person treatments. When you have hormonal acne it's nice having someone see your skin in person so you can really fine tune what it needs. I can’t thank Brittany enough!! I’ve had skin issues for 22years. I’m very oily acne prone but as I entered my late thirties I developed type two rosacea as well. I tried all the mainstream treatments from my derm as well as curology, obsessively staying out of the sun, extreme diet change, etc. I was also following a well known “acne expert” on instagram and followed her long list of advice as well as her “acne safe” skin care line to no avail. I finally found Brittany and it was a God send. She listened intently, gave soooo much great advice, got me on the products my skin actually needed, she reassured me when I was overly worried, and checked in with me tons after every session. She’s like an acne therapist and esthetician all in one. She also has a great personality and just an overall great human! I’m so thankful!

If I could give 10 stars on this review, I would! Brittany is simply AMAZING! Her knowledge about skin care, the science and rationale behind her methods, and her attention to detail are simply top tier. I started off seeing her for pigmentation that arose as a result of cystic acne scarring in my 30s + texture and residual acne. I was on several topical medications(clinda/retin-a/oral medications (spiranolactone) that just weren't doing me favors. Within a few months of starting with her, listening to all of her recommendations, doing my homework by staying consistent with treatments, products etc, I am completely off of all my prescribed derm medication and my skin looks sooo much better! I am really blown away by the improvement. The texture, the pigmentation, the acne all SO good. She's also the kindest person, so easy to talk to and so relatable.I look forward to my facials and I am really excited to continue to see our progress! 10/10 recommend her and her services!

Is it an exaggeration to say Britney saved my life? Probably but it’s true 🤭 She’s the only one who has successfully cured my acne. I’ve gone to countless aestheticians who just put me on random skincare items that never end up working. But not this girl ✌🏼 I’ve never felt so confident and happy to have a fresh face again. Brittany is the absolute BEST at what she does!! My skin journey has been long, emotional, and expensive (countless prescriptions, antibiotics, spironolactone, topicals, lasers). I felt like nothing would work and was going to try accutane even though I really did not want to. I decided in one last attempt I was going to see an esthetician that specialized in acne. I found Brittany through the face reality site - and I’m SO grateful I did. After 5 months of working together, a consistent home routine (fully created by Brittany), and following all her directions/tips/tricks, my skin is totally CLEAR. I never thought this would be the case. I love her approach and she is also available to me via text all the time to check ingredients or advise on what to do if something comes up with my skin between appointments. On top of that, besides the products that I bought initially for my home care routine (and replenishing when needed) I’ve never felt pressured to buy new products or spend unnecessary money. I’m so SO grateful to have found Brittany and will be continuing to see her for as long as she’ll have me!!! Cannot recommend enough - 1000/5 stars!!!

Cannot even put into words how amazing and knowledgeable Brittany is. I’ve struggled with acne since middle school and I have tried everything under the sun to get my skin clear. My hormonal acne was so bad that I felt horrible going out in public for a week or so every month. Brittany put together a personalized routine for me, and after biweekly extractions for a few months and a purging phase, my skin is better than it’s ever been in my life!!!! I feel so much more confident already and we aren’t even finished yet! Purging is rough but this girl knows what she’s doing so trust the process y’all!!! SO HAPPY! I absolutely love going to Brittany. I had such bad hormonal acne before going to her and I tried everything to help it, nothing worked. Britt saved my skin! With a little patience and consistency, Britt has helped me to get to a place in my skin journey that I never thought was possible. I’ve suffered with many different forms of acne throughout my life - fungal, cystic, hormonal, etc. I’ve seen so many dermatologists, all of which have recommend harsh chemical treatments and topicals that were only hurting my skin. I spent most of my life perfecting my makeup routine to cover up blemishes and scars. Britt has helped me to eliminate the pore clogging and irritating products, medications, makeup, and other day to day triggers to help reveal my best skin. I found Brittany through tik tok and she simply changed my skin and helped give me my confidence back. I had never had acne and it was a random day in my twenties when all of the sudden I was having horrible outbreaks. I tried EVERYTHING and nothing was working and when I found Brittany she was so honest and positive about the process and her plan to get me in a good routine that helped my acne. I had just about lost hope on my acne journey until I found Brittany! I had gone to a dermatologist, primary care physician, made diet and lifestyle changes but wasn’t quite getting the clear skin results I was looking for. Once I started coming to Brittany, my acne did get a little worse due to purging from new products, but as soon as I let her know, she was able to adjust my skincare routine to aid in my purge recovery. She is super hands on with weekly check ins and is flexible with product pickup. Happy to say that after about four months of a new skincare routine and getting treatments here, I have mostly clear skin! Thanks, Brittany!!

YO!! Just book it. Book it right now. Brittany is my ultimate skincare QUEEN. I hit some super fun adult acne, coupled with an onset of blemishes and a new chapter of sensitive skin. Not only is she knowledgeable about the health of my skin and the products I need, but she’s THE sweetest thing!!! She’s genuine, her voice is calm and soothing while she’s erasing whatever chaos your skin decided to indulge in, her products Work and are Affordable, and the space is super warm, clean, and inviting. I’ve never gotten regular facials, I’ve always tried to navigate my own health obstacles as well as save my money. Brittany’s got me wondering what on EARTH I was thinking. Her facials are a life necessity. She’s a godsend.
