Words cannot describe the outstanding experience I had with Krista. I highly recommend giving this place a chance. I came in with an open mind and had my first craniosacral session. Unsure of what to expect, I was greeted with feelings of love, safety, and ended deeply relaxed. In my personal experience, I was able to breathe through and finally let go of a lot of trauma. I have a deep appreciation for Krista and the work she performs. Please give Soleil Lune Bodyworks a chance like I did, you won't regret it.

She's really good at noticing the small things, and she really listens to you when you're in pain and tries to help. Her stretches really help my neck. The first time I tried the sound bowl, it was amazing. I felt so relaxed.

Krista is remarkable. I scheduled last minute because I threw my back out and was having issues even walking. Within 10 minutes of looking at my posture she was able to figure what to work on and where I needed the most help. She was super informative and always checking in to make sure I was okay. By the time we were done, I felt much better and had a few more resources to take care of myself a little better.

Krista is awesome! Very knowledgeable and kind. I scheduled an appointment after suffering from worsening lower back pain for several months. The combination of massage and stretching gave me pain relief for the first time in months. And during the session, Krista also pointed out muscle imbalances that could be contributing to my pain and suggested resources to help me correct them.

I had a great experience with Krista. I visited her for the first time yesterday, and will definitely be back! It was much better than the swedish-style massages I have had in the past. Krista always communicated what she was doing and wasn't pushy at all. She is very skilled and knowledgeable, and I felt SO much better after seeing her. I highly recommend that you visit her! She will take great care of you.

I've suffered with back pain for 20ish years. I've seen a lot of massage therapists over that time and Krista stands out among them. First, Krista is thoughtful in her approach to performing her job during a pandemic. I felt very safe in her studio and with her being in such close proximity to me. Overall, Krista asked questions and communicated with me very clearly, which I immensely appreciate. She is very well-versed in her understanding of the body and her treatment of it. She manipulated my body in ways that I have never experienced before (including cupping) and I have to say, I feel amazing today! Another first for me, was the Chakara Clearing and the use of bowls. This was such a relaxing and enlightening experience. I left with book and exercise recommendations as well. I will certainly be back again soon!

I had my second session with Krista today. I have gotten to experience Thai massage and stretching and Bowen technique. Both really helped to get me straight again. After Thai massage i felt like a complete noodle. After Bowen session I felt very energized and was able to get so much done. She also helped clear my sinuses!! This lady is amazing! Oh... And the singing bowls are absolutely wonderful and relaxing. You have to experience them.

It feels as if after a session w/ Krista the bones in my feet move. My foot spreads out. Then I am like jello for a couples days. Areas she did not even touch release for a few days following the session. The singing bowls are magical and mood shifting! I really appreciate the full spectrum massage !! So lucky to have Krista in Louisville.

Krista is amazing! Her Bowen technique has relieved severe pain I had in my shoulder that threatened to end my own massage career. But her singing bowls and intuition take the session to another level few can perform. A session with her leaves me feeling physically, mentally, energetically, and spiritually renewed.
