I found this place confusing. They identify as a medical spa, which means They collect patient medical history/information that traditional spas don’t typically collect. But they don’t offer a HIPAA form so it’s not clear that they feel bound to protect the confidential information that their patients share with them. I’m not really sure about the nature of this spa or where it fits in the context of patient safeguards and policies

I purchased a syringe of lip filler here on Groupon. Was my very first time having it done and I told the provider that. I thought the results seemed minimal. But not until I had several more filler procedures down the road at other places, did I become confident that they did not inject me with filler but with what I assume is saline solution. They new I was naive and unaware and feel I was fully taken advantage of.

I've been coming to Soleil Med Spa for over seven years and that's the only place I go to receive any beauty services. As a person of color, it's very challenging to find a place whose aestheticians know about our skin type and Soleil Med Spa is the only place I've found who have expertise treating all skin types regardless of ethnicity. I've trusted my face to them for many years and now at the age of 50, I get compliments of how flawless my skin looks. Another great thing about Soleil is that they care about their clients and do what's in their best interest. If a product or procedure is not right for them, they will let you know and the reasons why and leave it up to you to make the ultimate decision. However, they will not do anything that will put you and your skin and/or body at a health risk. Because I trust them with everything beauty, when my daughter was of age to receive facials, Soleil is the place I took her, and she's been seeing Sarah F now for at least two years. Sarah is AMAZING! The owner, owner's son who is also the office manager, and their staff are welcoming, friendly, respectful and treat us like family, and we've been very happy with every treatment. They have us for life.

Soleil Medical Spa is an absolute gem of a place. As a newly postpartum Mama, I wanted to treat myself to some spa self-care. A girlfriend had told me about Soleil and their amazing specials - so I gave them a call. I made an appt to have my eyebrows and lip waxed - and I ended up getting to see Sohelia (the owner!) There is a reason they call her the eyebrow queen - I have never loved my eyebrows more after seeing her. Not only is she super skilled at eyebrows, she is an incredibly kind human and made me so relaxed and taken care of. We chatted about how I’d like to do something to refresh my skin postpartum, and she shared the amazing special they had at the time for 3 Soleil Signature Facials + 3 Laser Genesis. I bought the package and got my first facial/genesis on the books. You guys - this facial was AMAZING! Like, the best one I’ve ever had. She did extractions for my milia (that no one else could get out) and I really enjoyed the laser treatment. My skin looked so smooth and refreshed, even right afterwards! They also helped set me up with a skincare routine/products to help keep my skin healthy and glowing: Zo Skin Health line. WOW it has really changed my skin, and quickly too. My fine lines are smoother, everything is lifted… and I’ve only had one facial/laser. The product has really helped me maintain that post-facial glow and tightness. LOVE! This is a long review, but all this to say: these folks are incredible, kind, and really care about their clients. I’m so glad I found Soleil Medical Spa and I will continue to go here (and tell all my friends to come here for all their skincare needs, too!) Ps. It’s a family business - they have been in Multnomah Village for 30 years!! Sohelia’s son runs operations and they are so kind in every single interaction/so organized, clear, and warm in their communication. It really makes a difference (from someone who works with customers all the time). Come here to feel good - and look amazing, too!

I found this place when my old injection specialist took an extended leave. Their pricing is reasonable and often run specials on treatments. I like it a lot because I don't feel pressured to constantly be "up sold" on stuff, which I absolutely hate! Everyone is friendly and professional - I recommend giving them a try.

I never hesitate if I have questions about products & procedures. Knowledgeable & very courteous staff. Kia ( spelling) Customer relations is professional, personable & supportive. Yesterday I had a Pixel Perfect Laser Treatment. My Esthetician was Sara. Bravo!!! Confident in her abilities beyond. Sara is a master at her craft. I will heal from this procedure and schedule my 2nd treatment to follow. Thank you 🫶🦋

After moving to Portland, I was searching for a great beauty spa and found Soleil Medical Spa—it turned out to be the perfect choice! The staff was not only professional but also warm, welcoming, and highly attentive to every detail of my visit. They made sure I felt comfortable and well-cared-for throughout my entire time there. I went to this spa with my sisters to get a laser and facial; our experience was great. My acne is so much better now and my skin is so soft and the hair is already growing back slower. I will be going back for more treatments, and I definitely recommend this place!

soheila did a wonerful job during the laser and facial i got. She was always checking in to make sure i was ok and she made sure to tell me what she was doing so i didnt get worried. i recommend this spa to anyone looking to feel their best, it was a great experience! i will be coming back!

The staff at Soleil are truly the best! Kia is always so sweet, willing to answer any questions you have. He greets you with a smile and sends you off with a smile. I had Bryton and Brynn doing the Opus plasma treatment. These girls were so caring, personable and very knowledgeable about questions or concerns I had. I first tried out this place using Groupon, and I ended up buying a package of 3 IPLs, 3 facials, and 3 Genesis treatments. I’m about half way though the sets, and I couldn’t be happier. Bryton has been my aesthetician and she is AMAZING! She’s professional, easygoing, and will make sure you’re comfortable. Plus she is really knowledgeable and generous with her advices on skincare. The admin is also helpful and accommodating with financing and appointments. Their pricing for each service is better than anywhere else I’ve researched. And most importantly, I’m seeing great results already! What more could you ask? I’d recommend this place to my friends and family.

I started getting Xeomin here. The man at the front desk is so helpful and knowledgable. He even squeezed me into an appointment so I could get in in a couple days instead of waiting a week. They are professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend trying them out.

I'm giving a 1 start because of the technicians. I spend over $2400 dollars on 2 cool sculpting and 6 vanquish treatment and they did not work at all, I mean zero results. When I called the owner the only recommendation was to contact the cool sculpting company directly. No accountability at all. Do not waist your money.
