This was my second time back for a mani /pendi while staying at the Fountains resort. I looked forward to seeing Sonia again. Sonia is a wonderful and talented technician with great personality. Sonia goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Another relaxing experience, Im already looking forward to my next appointment with her!

Sonia at Soleil day spa is a wonderful treat! She did my facial, Mani/Pedi and setup the salt room therapy on our recent stay at the Fountains resort. Truly an amazing and relaxing experience! I highly recommend Soleil day spa and Sonia in particular. She's an absolute 💎 gem!!!! All of the desk staff were personable and pleasant as well. Grateful for the lovely ambience and relaxation time. Thank you

Had the reflexology massage for my feet and the express pedicure! Both were AMAZING!! The massage and atmosphere were relaxing. Just want I needed after 2 days of running around with the kids at Universal.

As a LMT, that enjoys trying new spas. The ambiance is beautiful but my massage was mediocre. The spa needs a better intake form. So the clients can give a more detailed medical history & mark areas they feel uncomfortable with being touched. Salt room is nothing special.

Booked two 80 min massages. Showed up 5 minutes before appt. They began appt 20iah minutes late, stating they were a little behind. No problem. Masseuse stated that we were booked for 80 minutes. At almost exactly 60 minutes in she lets me know we're all done. She never once massaged my feet. There was a moment of light touching with a hot towel but was definitely not "deeper than deep" At the end I was rung up for the 80 minutes and I pointed out the timing. They adjusted it no problem but did initially try to charge for the full 80 minutes. Then there was a minimum 20%required tip. That felt perturbing bc I didn't feel that I got a deeper than deep massage, parts of me were left unmassaged and it was cut short. I probably will not book here again.

I checked into The Fountains at 3:45pm and at 4pm the Soleil Spa onsite had an opening. I treated myself to a last minute Vitamin C Spa Facial. The esthetician was great and the facial certainly provided instant skin brightening and tightness. Recommend! Friendly staff. Thank you!

If you don’t book with Sonia you will miss out on the best mani pedi experience of your life. She is a special lady who truly loves her craft. I’m embarrassed to say I didn’t get the young lady’s name at the reception desk but she is worth 5 stars too. Booking is super easy. Atmosphere is soothing. Sonia took the time to go above and beyond to fix my two split nails. You don’t get this level of service at home! Thank you ladies for making my day that much brighter.

My massage with Ada was the best massage that I’ve EVER had. I literally felt so melted and relaxed. She asked good questions to what I wanted/needed, the pressure was on point and on top of that she had a very sweet personality.

Nothing but exceptional here! From the moment we called the spa to the time we walked out, we received excellent customer service. The actual treatments (prenatal massage, pedicure, manicures, facial, and time in the salt room) were phenomenal and helped us really relax on our vacation. Shout out to Jane, Sonya, and Jaclyn. My sister and I felt like princesses today.

PURE BLISS!!! What an amazing time!!!! My mom and went for a day of self care. We did facials, massage, and time in the salt rock room. Everything was mind blowing!! Nicole, Jaclyn, and Sonia are amazing!!! I have to give Sonia an extra shout out! She did my facial and I just about melted off the table! My skin still feels so amazing and it looks so good too! It was such a calming experience and her hands must have little tiny angels attached to the fingers because my face feels blessed!! What a wonderful wonderful time!!! I look forward to going back to Florida just to come back here!

The atmosphere was nice, but I felt rushed from the time I arrived to the time I left. For the prices you should get atleast a glass of wine, champagne or beer to enjoy after the massage. My husband and I had a couples massage and there was nothing special about it. In the past they had a cute tray of something to enjoy before or after. The woman that did my massage was pretty rough, I didn’t enjoy the massage at all, it was pretty painful! We will not be returning since our experience was not good.

The nassage was great and my nail tech did a great job on my manicure...my nails look so beautiful 😍, the ladies there was truly nice and amazing, great customer service...even the front desk staff was nice to , and gave you a warm welcome..We went different talking including rose hall conversation....thank you ladies...hope you get that chance for Jamaica experience. 🇯🇲

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a Spa. Each staff member was wonderful! Dusti at the front desk was professional and friendly. Marcela gave the most extraordinary deep tissue massage, leaving me pain free for the first time in over a year! Fatima was so gentle and precise with my pedicure! She was focused and incredibly accommodating! Thank you ladies!!
