It's my grandma's 50th wedding anniversary, and she went to this salon to get her hair done on her big night! She made the appointment this past week, and the stylist confirmed the appointment. When she arrived she was greeted by the manager telling her the stylist left "due to an emergency". She asked if someone else can take her since it was such short notice, and gave her an attitude, telling her she has other clients to take care of, and has a busy day. There was no text telling her she's gone for an emergency, no proffesionalism, no stylist replacements, and attitude. Having her hair styled by someone else, was to be supposed to be something that she wasn't supposed to worried about. I understand emergencies, but there was no help to rectify the situation.

Made an appointment with Maricruz only to show up and hear from other employees that she had to leave for an emergency. There was also attitude from these employees.. I sent her a message only for her to respond “I did not have time to speak to you sorry”. She could have sent me a text to let me know that she had to cancel my appointment. She did not attempt to reschedule my appointment either... it was overall a complete waste of time and terrible experience. Don’t even waste your time if you’re going to be a new client. You or your time will not be valued with her.
