I LOVE Soluna! Everyone is so welcoming and warm, from the instructors to the spa specialists. The class schedule is varied and allows for nearly everyone to find classes that work for them. Dori and Christian have really created an environment that encourages community and engagement, it's so much more than just showing up, doing some poses, and then going home. I love it here!!!

I recently had my first massage with Shea. I chose the sports massage since I weight lift almost daily and I am not someone who likes being unclothed and touched by strangers lol (I'm jealous of those who find it relaxing, I'm just not that girl unfortunately). Shea was great and explained each step of the process, which was great as a first-timer. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy and for sure knows what muscle groups needed attention, which showed in how she targeted and worked through tight areas. She paid special attention to my usually tense hip flexors and IT bands and managed to relieve some of the tightness I constantly experience. She also knew exactly how to work with my injuries. I walked away feeling looser, lighter, and thoroughly impressed. Highly recommend Shea if you’re looking for a skilled and thoughtful sports massage therapist! Overall vibe of the Soluna was so nice and relaxing. The second you walk in you forget that you just drove through downtown and riverside traffic lol. I will for sure be coming back!

This place is pretty unparalleled when it comes to both yoga and massage things! They have all the pops and potential to propel your yoga experience forward and for only $145 a month I get unlimited yoga and a 60 minute massage❣️🤓

I have had many massages at Soluna and it is always a clean, inviting, and relaxing experience. The therapists listen to your needs and adjust accordingly. They are really top notch in service and price!

I’ve been taking yoga classes at Soluna for about 6 months and really enjoy the variety of instructors and styles, and the welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Dori has created programs to make yoga more accessible to a wider audience (e.g., energy exchanges) and other community minded approaches we also appreciate. There are special workshops available on a regular basis as well.

All the staff is wonderful. The atmosphere is terrific! The Salt room is amazing. Nice waiting area in back with snacks. Excellent shopping in lobby. My last massage with Amber was sensational! She was very thorough and intuitive! She offered a nice blend of aromatherapy. Everything was so relaxing.

I love soluna, ive been going here for years for yoga. It’s truly the best spot in town, it has the best vibe, atmosphere, and instructors. Dori the owner is one of the kindest souls ever. Amber did my massage today and was INCREDIBLE! my girls Shay and Krystal are also amazing masseuses too.

I had a membership here for 8 months before I moved out of state and I absolutely LOVE this studio. It is so beautiful and welcoming and always so clean! Dori and Christian are always so nice and they’ve created an amazing environment here with amazing yoga instructors and massage therapists. I miss it!

I have taken two classes at Soluna now, one with Rosalyn and one with Tamara. This is my first experience in a yoga studio and I don't think it could possibly get any better. Both times I have been welcomed and felt comfortable, there's plenty of space and I didn't need to bring anything except water and a yoga mat! This is going to be a regular deal for me now, Saturday morning ritual of sorts. I enjoyed the peaceful feeling of the studio and the calming expressions of the instructors. The flow was gentle yet at several points challenging. The active meditation is a must for those of us who have ADHD. This is exactly what I needed in my life, thank you!

I love Soluna! All the yoga teachers are so kind and the massage therapists are lovely too! There are a varity of classes and workshops for everyone, which is really nice. They even have mommy and me classes and prenatal classes as well. The workshops are so fun! Beautiful place with beautiful people running this studio. Just lovely!

I went to my first yoga class at Soluna as a yoga noobie back in July of this year and have been going every week since! Nicole who teaches Wednesdays (and some Fridays) is an incredible instructor; she’s extremely knowledgeable but also so inclusive and accommodating across all levels, and I always leave her class feeling amazing. All the staff at Soluna (as well as the owners), are so friendly, attentive, and sincere in everything they do. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and has a great warm atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

My fiance and I had a couples massage here and loved it! I had Krystal and she was amazing. I told her my problem areas and she spent just the right amount of time and pressure there. You can twll she knows what she's doing! The atmosphere was very welcoming and the space was clean and calming. We will absolutely be coming back again!

Waited three weeks for a couples massage only to have it canceled less than two hours before the appointment due to one of the therapist “not feeling good”. When my girl responded to the cancellation text to see if the other therapist would go ahead and do her massage solo, she was informed they were not available either. Be it poor management, or unreliable staff….either way I won’t use this facility again. I recommend booking elsewhere!!!

Absolutely love the space! I was in town and wanted to jump into a yoga class. Unfortunately, I didn't find any for the timeframe I wanted at any local studios but saw that Soluna had an open practice option and jumped on it. I have a 200hr so I don't mind practicing on my own, I just enjoy having a space to practice. Soluna was everything and more! They have every yoga accessory you could want and even have a small shop in the front with options to deepen your practice and day-to-day. Definitely stopping by again next time I'm in Jacksonville! They offer massages as well!!

I am a member of Soluna Yoga since it opened 7 years ago. The studio has a great vibe. It is in a newly renovated building and is large and spacious, and always impeccable clean. The people are super nice, teachers and other staff and everything is very well organized. The studio offers a great variety of yoga classes. I like them all, you can find Vinyasa classes, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapie, and many more. I think it is the best yoga studio in town.

I am new to the area, being a yoga teacher / LMT was looking to find a Yoga studio that also was a community. This Studio Spa is the Place! The owner Dori is the real deal and her Yoga Thearpy classes are theraputic and rrelaxing. Dori guides you allowing you to reset to find your own inner connection and challenges youto find your "edge " as she say's in class. The space is Clean and beaiutifuland everyone is friendly and I already in 1 month feel like a regular. have not tried the massage yet but the spa sapce is relaxing and one room has a salt wall, the attention to detsil shows. I even got a membership I love it so much! Highly Recommend Soulna Yoga Spa!

I've been coming to Soluna for about a year after originally coming for low back pain. Sammi has helped transform the way I think about my own body and has intentionally incorporated ways to transform my mind as well. She is attentive and thoughtful every session. Her passion for massage therapy and helping others improve is obvious, and I couldn't be more grateful to have found Soluna. I took the leap to getting an annual membership and have enjoyed every yoga class I've attended since starting this year. Definitely give a massage or yoga class a go! :)

Lovely space and wonderful people! Soluna has really brought the community together with many offerings ranging from group yoga practices, individual sessions, and many collaborations such as book clubs and special workshops. Visiting Soluna is a highlight of my day. It is a true Riverside gem. Highly recommend Soluna to everyone! Great job, Soluna leadership team!

Soluna has always been hOMe for me for Yoga, (Phenomenal Teachers) however recently I have been getting massages with Nicolette and it’s been a LIFE CHANGER! She is a Magical Soul and knows how to read other souls. Each time has been a different experience but all of the things that I need. Thank you for sharing your gifts with ME!! This was my first time at Soluna (finally!), and I was not disappointed! I felt very at home and welcomed by all staff. I am a massage therapist, who also needs bodywork regularly, and came in for a massage with Keri Anne after having an incredibly stressful and exhausting week. Keri Anne not only has a great touch and gave a wonderful massage, but she was able to hold space for me and get my nervous system to feel safe and relaxed (which is no easy feat at times due to ptsd). Thank you, Soluna, and thank you Keri Anne for your compassionate work.
