I felt very comfortable there from the minute I walked in. The front desk staff was friendly. The technician is amazing and I always ask for her. I always feel confident that even though the procedures can feel uncomfortable, at the end of the day I have amazing skin. I always get compliments on my skin thanks to Sona!!

Many have tried and failed to get me to use SPF or really anything on my face and it finally happened. I went in for a lip flip and the PA was able to answer every question i had i felt very comfortable and i learned so much as it was my first time and he taught me also what i can do for my face and why i should use spf and immediately afterwards i went and got myself spf and other recommendations. He was lovely, professional, and informative. Seriously many tried before him on my skin care but they didnt make sense or they push products but he just explained it in a way i understood without pushing me and just letting me make my own choice which was awesome. Thank you!

I have been to the Greensboro Sona location multiple times over the last year and a half and have had nothing but positive experiences. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend this location and the ladies working in it, I trust them to the fullest!

The team at Sona is amazing!! I love all the staff members! Anastasia, Deb, and Katie have been nothing short of amazing! Deb gives THE BEST facials ever! You’ll fall asleep because it feels so good! I’ve also done coolsculpting with Katie and Deb. I haven’t felt this comfortable in a bathing suit since I was in my 20s! Patrika, the office manager, is always going the extra mile. She has taken her time to price me options on different services multiple times. And, of course, the face of Sona, Brianna and Sadie!! They have a fantastic team at Sona, and I’m so happy they have the Elite Program to get all the amazing deals I’ve received. It is so worth it! See you all soon! Thank you for making me feel much more confident about myself.

They do not apply the doses that they’re charging (I usually get 15-17 for $10 dollars a units of Botox at other spa and Sona sell me 22 units for $15 dollars and it dint work as much as it does at other place for less) I don’t recommend.

From the initial call about services offered, to my appointment and even afterwards this has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Patika and all of her staff are pleasant, kind and willing to answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend making that appointment because you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Patika is so friendly and made signing up for my packages super convenient! Sadie was sweet and welcoming at check in and out. Anastasia was super efficient with my health screening. I loved my facial with Deb. She makes it so relaxing and throws in helpful tips. Excited for my next appointments!

The Spa was spacious but not too much so. It was light, bright, appointed nicely, and not too cold like some medical offices tend to be. Anastasia was great! Very professional, amiable and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with her as my technician and I anticipate excellent Botox results.

As a bookish granola type, I never thought I would be this kind of girl but then middle age hit and so did some intense and much-needed cosmetic dentistry. All the thinking and reading left me with some pretty intense "elevens" between the eyes that made me look like I was smirking in any photo I took. The cosmetic dentistry and age resulted in a change of shape/loss volume in my once luscious lips. Not being the type to frequent med spas, though, Patika immediately put me at ease, as I was terrified this process would leave me looking like our mayor. I had Katie, Anastasia AND Patika in the room when I got lip filler because lemme tell ya, beauty is pain - BUT they make you as comfortable as this particular procedure can possibly be and I was touched by the widespread concern for my virgin lips. when everything calmed down, they were the perfectly natural lips I'd been missing. You would have NEVER known they had been augmented! While I was there, I also had a little Dysport between the eyes to smooth out those 11s. Katie did a phenomenal job on all of it - she's so fast and gentle with the Dysport she had to tell me she was done. That, too, looked perfectly natural - the 11s were gone, I looked more relaxed and at ease, but the rest of my forehead still functioned as usual, which is exactly what I wanted. Anyway, as it turns out, I *am* sorta that kind of girl (I wish my wallet was that kind of wallet). This is unfortunately not something I can maintain as regularly as I would like to now that I have been converted to the joys of the med spa, but I keep on top of the frequent deals via text (maybe two a month) and when it all matches up, I go treat myself.

Sona Dermatology is a wonderful place for exceptional skincare! Deb is a phenomenal aesthetician! She has brought my skin back to life. The diamond glo facials are terrific treatments and Deb is always giving me helpful advice! All the staff are committed to great service and are so genuinely caring and friendly. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing while being very professional. I am a repeat client of Deb’s and look so forward to having her do my treatments! The quality of customer service and attention to detail displayed by every member of the staff at Sona was exceptional. I'd like to especially recognize Patika as going above and beyond with her level of care. She answered every question that I had and followed up with me to make sure that every concern was addressed. The staff is top-notch, kind and caring. The facility is spotless. I highly recommend!

I had an increase in hair growth as I had to postpone my treatments for an extended period of time due to having cortisone shot in my shoulder due to Osteoarthritis. Wasn’t as pleased with my last treatment as the hair stubble came back quicker than I expected. However, after talking with my tech at Sona Dermatology, she assured me that I would see better results at my future treatments.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would without hesitation. My experience with Sona Dermatology has been nothing short of a nightmare. As a first-time laser treatment recipient, I would strongly advise against anyone considering their services. From the outset, professionalism was sorely lacking. Following my first treatment, I was bombarded with relentless calls from Briana, the receptionist, pressuring me to purchase additional treatments or products. On top of this, my scheduled appointments were rescheduled four out of six times, often at the last minute, causing immense inconvenience as I had already taken time off work. To exacerbate matters, there was a critical scheduling error made by Briana, nearly resulting in the cancellation of one of my appointments. Despite explicitly requesting that my file not be handled by Briana anymore, I continued to receive calls from her, indicating a clear disregard for my concerns. Adding insult to injury, my final treatment appointment was canceled without prior notice, a recurring issue that I had unfortunately come to expect from Sona Dermatology. Throughout this entire ordeal, Patika's lack of accountability and empathy further compounded my frustration. When I raised the issue of compensation for the consistently poor service, Patika promised to escalate my concerns to corporate but failed to deliver any meaningful resolution. Her refusal to provide corporate contact information under the guise of policy was particularly disingenuous, as I later found their contact information through a simple online search. Amidst these disappointments, the one bright spot was Katie, my laser specialist, who exhibited exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and skill throughout each treatment session. She deserves better than what Sona Dermatology offers and would be an asset elsewhere. Overall, my experience with Sona Dermatology has shattered my trust in their ability to prioritize customer satisfaction over profit. They have demonstrated a complete disregard for their clients' time and concerns, leaving me deeply dissatisfied. Save yourself the frustration and financial strain by seeking services elsewhere.
