Just had a wonderful first experience with a Diamond Glow facial with Erin! She truly makes you feel comfortable and is so knowledgeable about all things skin care. Natyia is fabulous as well, every time I call she remembers me and I feel like she truly cares… WONDERFUL experience!

When I had to reschedule my first plasma microneedling appointment, I was so disappointed- assuming it would take weeks to get back on the calendar. Katherine absolutely made my day when she was able to coordinate my upcoming annual examination with my rescheduled session the following afternoon. Erin Human, RN was an absolute pleasure as a person and a provider. I will be requesting her going forward. I cannot recommend her enough. I've been coming to Sona since 2011, and she is by far my favorite. I have had all good experiences, but she is the BEST!!!! I am beyond pleased with her services.

I love the staff at Sona! I drive over 2 hours to be seen here because they are really the best! From Natalya at the front when you walk in to all the providers and admin staff they make it a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful! And cannot say enough great things about Sona!

She’s absolutely wonderful and after going to her, I would never get treatments done with anyone else! I used Sona about 10 years ago for my initial laser hair removal and was pleased with the reduction/slowing of hair growth and the finer texture and lighter color of the remaining hair. Laser technology has come a loooong way since that first package, and now there are several options. I recently returned to Sona for some touch up treatments and had fairly mediocre results with the new “painless” laser… I didn’t know there were more effective options for me until Erin became my provider and suggested we try the standard laser. I was nervous, but so so glad I listened because she has drastically improved my results and overall experience. I really appreciate how thorough she is when treating each area, and she clearly knows all the right treatment options/plans to recommend based on your goals. I’ve had such good results with my last two treatments, thanks to her!

Erin Human is a wonderful human being and provider. She treated me with so much care and made me feel so comfortable and less self conscious of my self. I expressed to her how insecure I feel looking in the mirror and after my dysport treatment literally the next day I could tell a difference. My forehead is so much smoother along with my 11's. She truly is a wonderful provider, made me feel so comfortable with no judgments and was very personable. Also was so knowledgeable and educated me on the differences in botox and dysport! I will be recommending her to anyone interested in treating.

I cannot say enough about Erin Human, She is an Amazing Aesthtetian!! I have had several skin pen procedures in the past, but never like the one she did for me. She numbed me up very good, and was very thorough, and professional. She also did Botox for me and she was amazing as well. She really cares about her clients, and, it's evident that she loves what she does. It's people like her that will keep me coming back again and again

I have been going to Sona Ballantyne for a few years and have had a couple different types if treatments done. The results have been fantastic. I'm treated very well there, the staff is very welcoming, the waiting area is clean and pleasant, and the visits overall are excellent. The staff really care and I have had great lasting results. Highly recommend!

I payed for laser hair removal on many areas. Did not work and they keep saying is my hair type and that I will need extra visits. Do not waist your money there. My hair still same after many treatments. So upset

I started my full face, arms, hands and underarms laser hair removal treatment. At the beginning they treated well but then treatments were not up to the mark, visibly wrapping up treatment sessions fast. At the end they were not even answering any questions or being responsible for my concerns . I had to restart my treatment elsewhere once again. Worse experience overall.

Very nice experience. RN explains everything thoroughly and spent a lot of time with me answering questions and giving advice. Nice, clean environment too.
