I had an appointment this afternoon, which I made over the phone yesterday, and the salon was completely closedI waited for thirty minutes and no one showed up. It is Wednesday and the salon hours show as open, so it seems this was an unexpected closure and no one informed me. Disappointed at the unreliability since I came a long way for this appointment :(

I appreciate the honesty but making an appointment and denying me services because they said they can’t do my hair? Is ridiculous, not even giving me options to work with me, I don’t understand that you’re a hair salon but you don’t know how to cut wavy hair and also color it?

Perfection. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, and Jerry talked me through his suggestion which turned out to be exactly what I was envisioning. He gave me great hair care and styling advice, and I’m so incredibly happy with how it came out. I felt like the whole salon was minding me and my comfort even while they were with other clients. Could not recommend more highly!

I can't thank Loki enough. He did an amazing job listening to my ideas, looking at the photos I had as examples and the finished product is probably one of the best styles I've ever had. I've been seeing my hairstylist since I was 12 but if there is anyone I'll cheat on them with, it'll be Loki!

I also had a wonderful experience with Kelly. She was very patient and explained the hair process to me for which I was thankful because I'm still a novice re: hair coloring. She suggested I tone my hair (it was bright purple balayage) to get a nicer, cool purple. I really liked how the color turned out. She also listened to my requests for more layers on one side without cutting it too much. The person who washed my hair both times was also pleasant. The overall cost was the priciest I've paid so far for cut/color, but I'm a happy customer and would return! P.S. Setting the appt up through Yelp was very easy!

I’ve had great experiences here with Kelly! She’s really sweet, listens to what I want and makes great suggestions. This place is really good at bayalage/ombre cause everyone I see leaving looks great. Loki and everyone else at the salon have all been really nice too!

Loki is the best ever!! I moved from Houston, TX and was really missing my hair dresser until I found Loki. He knows how to take the weight out of my hair without making it look thin or razoring it. I never have to worry about walking out of the salon disappointed. I highly recommend Sonder 🤩
