They are the absolute worst at customer service. No one ever answers the phone. Nor call back. You can't modify appointments on line. I hate this place!

Sonder has everything you need under one roof. Experienced, knowledgeable Massage Therapists, warm and welcoming Wellness Attendants, a serene, restorative environment. If you haven't tried the floatation tanks to relax, or the Infrared Sauna to get rid of your worries, aches and pains, or the Chiropractor or Physical Therapist if you still have any aches and pains. I love Sonder and recommend it to everyone!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at this establishment. I scheduled an appointment for August 14th on August 11th, after multiple attempts to reach someone by phone. Despite providing my information and card details, I did not receive any confirmation via email or text. Subsequent attempts to confirm the appointment on August 12th and August 13th were unsuccessful until I finally reached a staff member. Upon confirming the appointment, I was informed that the massage therapist was unavailable and the time slot I booked was no longer valid. This was particularly frustrating as I am traveling for work and had made arrangements in advance. The lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing. Additionally, I was offered a complimentary 30-minute float and a full-cost massage on August 20th. However, when I called to confirm this arrangement, Brittney, the store manager, responded in an aggressive manner. She yelled at me over the phone after I left a review about my experience. Her behavior was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. This negative interaction further compounded my frustration. As a service provider myself, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. I hope the owner, Jessika, will review these interactions to ensure better handling of customer concerns in the future.

What a gem of a place. I have gotten serval massages and salt floats here and it has always been a great experience. From when you walk in the door - it is such a relaxing vibe! 1000% recommend

Looking for a place to give you the experience of a lifetime then this is the place. Sonder was the best decision I have made in a while. The experience was everything I expected and more!!! 10/1000 definitely recommend!!!

Sonder is great. I’d been thinking about coming here for months and wish I had done it sooner. They have so many different things to offer- float therapy, massage therapy, magnesphere therapy, infrared sauna, and others! I came for the float therapy, specially the float room. They have both a room and a pod available, but I wanted to try out the room because I’m claustrophobic. It was very clean, and warm! They give you earplugs, some q tips, a ginger candy, and a makeup wipe. There’s shampoo and conditioner to use and body wash, also lotion for afterwards. They have a little head halo float thing for your head if you have trouble relaxing your neck which I found helpful for the first half. It’s a really cool experience and I’m definitely going to come back and continue float therapy, as they say you have to try it a few times before you find the best relaxation. You have 5 minutes before getting in to undress, rinse off and get in, and then 10-15 minutes to shower and get dressed when you get out. If you need to dry your hair or anything like that they have hair dryers in the bathroom with plenty of space to get ready however much you need to. Angie, the receptionist, was amazing and super helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a coffee bar here, but it is only coffee; I know a lot of the photos for Sonder show yogurt and a juice bar but that’s no longer something they have here. I highly recommend Sonder to anyone looking to destress and try holistic way to improve their health and mind!

This review is a month behind (my bad)! I really enjoyed my time and massage at this spa. This was my first massage and my girl Susan did her big one! All of the staff was amazing. I will be returning. 10/10 experience!

The establishment boasts exceptional staff and proprietors, offering top-notch facilities that exude cleanliness and professionalism. From impeccably maintained showers, rooms, and restrooms to an outstanding flotation room (though not utilized personally, its quality is evident), every aspect speaks volumes about their commitment to excellence. Accompanying my visit was the purpose of providing my mother with a much-needed respite from a challenging period, and I am pleased to affirm that the experience surpassed all expectations. One of the proprietors, who was present during our visit, demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and care, leaving an indelible impression. I cannot commend highly enough the level of treatment and care extended to my mother.

Definitely going back. My boyfriend and I went for flotation therapy and it was a very surreal experience. The ladies are super nice and help us get set up. We will definitely be booking another appointment. Thank you guys so much.🥰

Great collection of a bunch of different health and wellness practitioners. They offer chiro, massage, float tank, and more. My chiropractor is there and is probably one of the top two I’ve ever had. I had a massage a few months back and it was just alright. The front desk staff is kind and they even have a coffee spot in the front. I love the meaning of their name as well.

I absolutely still positively love it here. The ambiance and the team is amazing! I only do the Sauna for one, but they have loads of other services that you can experience. 1000 out of 1000 I highly recommend!

I loved my experience here, everything was extremely clean and the staff seemed to have thought of everything you might need. I did the sauna and 1.5 hour massage. Marco was great and I will be returning.

I really enjoyed my session here, the staff was really friendly and the environment was relaxing. The only thing I could notice was there was a very loud customer signing in at the desk, I could hear them in the float pod. Took me out of it a bit. Not the businesses fault. Highly recommend coming here for any of the services they provide!

I’ve been here for the last 2 years and it’s always remarkably perfect. Not one time have I had any issues. The sauna is extremely clean and the most impressive thing is that they are SO consistent - same setup, same level of cleanliness, always hot and ready to go. Impressed with employees and management keeping things in order so well. Love the GF shampoo as well!

Love this place! Great IR sauna and floats! Kind, helpful attendants who check you in as well. If ya need some mental health time or just to relax I’d suggest a visit.

My partner and I went for a float and massage each for the first time on Sunday, and it was amazing! I was nervous about floating, but it was so relaxing, and my partner thought the same. Brittany at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Omg...the Salt therapy was absolutely amazing!! I fell and hurt my leg at home and had heard about the epson salt pods...this was not just for relaxing it actually helped to heal my leg!!!! Epson salts also helps detoxification!! REALLY GREAT Experience!! Just don't forget to wear a swim cap if you do not want your hair to get wet! 😉

Received a deep tissue massage by Sarah & it was great! The last time I received a deep tissue massage at another establishment I was extremely** sore the next day, but this time I wasn’t. I will definitely be returning & I hope I can try out the sauna next time!
