I showed up to Sone’s beauty salon without appointment. She was super busy, asked me what I needed. I said a color correction and if she could correct today. Absolutely invited me in with great happy smile and attitude. I felt like I was her client for years. She not only corrected my hair color, gave me a haircut. I love it… it’s my birthday and I am traveling in the morning. A big thank you Sone, I see you in six weeks, you will be my hairstylist going forward. 😊

I was a walk in - she was extremely nice and caring… listened to me and she is very polite and attentive. - BUT if you ALREADY have light blonde/light brown hair naturally and you are asking for lightening/ bleach process. Please do not do that here, don’t get me wrong my highlights look amazing!! My hair was at a level 10, which is already a dark blonde I just needed a root touch up. Well my hair is falling out in clumps in the shower and I’ve worked to hard to regrow from the last disaster before this one, and it’s happening all over again. I RAN straight to Sephora and got k18 hair mask, k18 hair oil, olaplex 9 and 0. And it’s the only thing that is saving my hair after the over bleaching/ over processing. (It took her an hour to do a Full head of high lights, AFTER she was finished she set the timer for ONE HOUR. I had to check my own hair and as soon as I did I make her remove the foil at 30 minutes on the timer. …. My hair would’ve been processing for 2 hours in bleach. I saved my own hair by removing my OWN foils and making her wash it out immediately after I noticed it was done. Save your blonde hair- dark hair girlys who don’t need bleach, she is a great fit for you! BLONDES STAY AWAY!!!!!

So unprofessional. I called the day before and made an appointment for 11am for a cut and color for me a cut for my daughter. We got there and she was TRIPLE BOOKED. She wasn’t done with the person before us, but assured us we were next. At 11:15 she still wasn’t done, and a man walked in a she told him she’d go ahead cut his hair “real quick” before doing ours. Then she looked at me and said “you’re not in a hurry right”. Then took a phone call and told someone else to be there at 1. So when exactly was our hair getting done? Such a disgusting experience. Don’t waste your time booking with her.

Does an amazing job with everything she does and comunicates everything very well to the customer. Caters to exactly what you want and can literally get you in like anytime for a REALLY good price, highly recomend.

I meant to make this review right after my first appointment in April but life’s been crazy. I’ve just scheduled my second appointment which made me remember that I wanted to I send her some love ❤️ Sone is amazing! I’ve been looking for a new hairstylist for 4 years now and I’ve finally found the one 🫶 She was able to get me in the same day. She was extremely accommodating. I’m starting to go through menopause so I get extremely hot, she was so sweet that she turned her AC down to 70 for me!!! She offered to put on whatever music or tv show I wanted. She was very personable, our conversation never lagged. However, she did tell me to close my eyes and rest if I wanted so I didn’t feel compelled to hold a conversation; it was the best of both worlds. Most importantly my hair turned out perfectly!!! She suggested a color for my highlights that at first I was a bit skeptical about but I went with it because she's the hairdresser and I’m so glad that I did! Thank you Sone!

Came in for the first time as we live near by. This place is the best place I have ever gotten a hair cut. She is so sweet and she will take care of you. You don’t feel like a customer, you feel like family here!! This place has won my business and my heart for the best customer service experience ever. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing I could not ask for a better haircut , super kind lady with lots of years of experience cutting hair , handle my curls professionally and even help explain how my partner could take care of my hair will go again and would recommend for anyone with curly hair

She knew what I wanted and what would look good on me, she was very considerate and super nice! I liked how she would walk me through what she was doing with my hair and double checks that everything is good! Would definitely come again :D

I've been looking for a local stylist that could cut my hair in the style I had in the past, former stylist moved outta Texas few years ago. After searching for what seemed like a lifetime receiving those 'it's fine' cuts, this full service salon popped up on my Google search and was only 1 mile from my house AND was open on a Sunday!! Sone is extremely affordable and cut my hair EXACTLY how I'd been wanting... Layers by razor - not scissors. Appointments are required but it's usually same day. If you've not found someone that is your forever stylist, look no further. Sone is amazing!

This was my second time coming here. My first experience was great I was satisfied. I came for a haircut & hair tone I loved the look. Second time here was to dye my hair burgundy and cut my side hair into layers. I showed her a picture of how I wanted to come out. She did mention she would use two different colors because of my roots, and previous highlights. So I said that’s fine I was just looking forward to having burgundy hair for my first time. Unfortunately half of the color washed off and I was left with pink, red and brown. My hair was damaged and I missed half day of work to fix it with a dye box from the target. Disappointed that it came just the way I wanted it when I dyed it myself. I paid $120.00 for hair color and layers only in the front and only received $40.00 for refund. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I feel like honesty would be appreciated from the start and also to help someone save their money and hair.

It is appointments only but I didn’t have one and some still took care of me with in an hour. She did a great job with my hair and what I wanted. I always dread going to haircut places with the fear of them taking more than I want off. I’ve heard a lot of horror story about this happening, but she listens and does exactly as you want and you can tell she cares about the customer. Will be returning thanks.

She is super sweet and attentive to the haircut style I wanted. Her services are very affordable compared to other salons that want to charge $80-100+ for a women’s haircut. I drove from West Plano to see her! Can’t wait to see her in a couple of months again. I’ll definitely be a regular customer!

Sone is professional! Honestly, I haven't cut my hair in over a year. I wanted to have a short haircut, but I was afraid that no one could give me a perfect short haircut. She did with a very good price.
