I had a fantastic experience with Bella at Sonofelice! She is truly lovely and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. I am absolutely satisfied with both the haircut and the way she dyed my gray hair. She understood exactly what I wanted and took my circumstances into account without any pressure or upselling. I should have read the reviews more closely and selected a designer, but I didn't and opted for the "let us choose the perfect designer for you" option when i made my appointment online. Totally my mistake. I had my haircut done by Matilda and it is the worst haircut I've had in my 30+ years of going to Korean hair salons. She is very kind, attentive, but seems unskilled in cutting hair for the following reasons: 1) the haircut took over an hour and only ended because I told her I needed to go. She kept lifting up my hair and snipping more and more off but it was just getting worse and she seemed very unsure of herself. 2) she asked me to stand up so she could cut my hair. never have i been asked to stand up at a hair salon. 3) i came home realized the cut isnt even. the left side is about an inch longer than the right, so i had to cut it myself

The hairstyling, service, everything, I loved it! Tiffany has been doing my hair for awhile and she does such an outstanding and stunning job! I come here and get my hair done fantastically thanks to her! ☺️ They also offer you treats and drinks. How nice! 🫶 I also really appreciate the staff here. Definitely recommending this place 🤗

Had a great experience getting a perm. Justin listed and did exactly what I was looking for. He took his time with his haircut, and the perm process and it turned out great. The overall service and quality is unmatched. They washed you hair first and Justin made sure that the hair was well layered and styled. Will definitely be back!

I recently visited Sono Felice by Christine and I am beyond impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The salon itself has a nice clean feeling, perfect for a rejuvenating experience. My stylist, Christine, really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offering helpful suggestions along the way. She worked her magic and gave me the perfect digital perm. I left feeling like a brand new person! The attention to detail and the quality of service were exceptional. I also appreciated how the entire team Christine, Henry, and Gina were so professional and friendly. They assisted me in making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit and even offered me a choice of beverage and snacks along the way, bonus! I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this salon to all my friends!

I’ve contemplated getting a perm for some time but wanted to make sure i found the right salon for it and am so happy with Sono Felice. After looking at tons of pictures and videos, i decided i wanted a twist perm & Jiji was wonderful! it was a great experience! :) This was my first time doing anything to my hair and she explained everything from start to finish. I had the best experience ever at Sono Felice! It was my first time getting a perm and I flew all the way from London to get it done by Christine herself as well as her amazing assistants Henry and Gina. The customer service here was incredible and I love how my hair came out! I would recommend everyone to come here!!!

I had the most relaxing, pampering and wonderful experience at this salon! First of all it’s incredibly clean and beautiful. They gave me a korean tea and snacks to start. Christine was so kind and gave me a consultation before my perm to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Christine and her team Henry and Gina were so accommodating, efficient and warm. I felt like I was at a spa. Such an incredible experience and will continue to come back here!!

I was able to quickly fit in an early hair cut appointment with Esther and Lera. Esther and Lera were very professional and gave me extra attention after I told Esther I was getting my picture taken for the day. The styling was exactly what I wanted. I’m definitely going to be a regular.

My first time here & it exceeded my expectation. They go above & beyond for their clients. Very quick & efficient job they do. They dont waste your time waiting for long hours. They provided snacks & drinks not just for me the client but also for my mom who was with me. They also gave us extra hand treatment while having my hair permed. They also gave my mom drinks, snacks & hand spa treatment as well! Im so surprised because i have never had this experience in a salon like ever. I love my k digital perm! I will be coming back here for my hair & my mom. We will be their forever costumer. I got my haircut from Yoojin and I loved it! She is very detailed and gives you recommendations based on your hair condition and wants. She also lets you know how to style your hair afterwards. It was my first time here and I would be coming back!

I wish I could gatekeep Scarlett but she’s just too good to gatekeep. I can’t trust anyone but Scarlett with my hair anymore. Even if I don’t like my hair after a service, I usually don’t speak up but since I started getting my hair done with her, I haven’t had a single complaint. I’m always getting compliments about my hair and I can’t shut up about how great she is to my peers. She’s very precise and meticulous in her work and will help you decide what is best for you and your hair condition. I have very fine hair so I’m very particular about it but she’s never let me down! Also, I’m an introvert so I usually prefer not to talk when I’m getting a service done but she makes me feel so comfortable and I find myself enjoying making conversation with her. When you enter the salon, you’re instantly greeted by the receptionists and they secure your belongings away. Every time I visit, Scarlett and her team always asks if I want snacks or anything to drink and I don’t recall ever receiving this kind of service anywhere else. You can tell they really care for their clients and go above and beyond. I cannot recommend Scarlett and her team enough and the drive from OC is definitely worth it!

I had a wonderful first experience at Sono Felice! I discovered this salon on Instagram last summer and have been wanting to visit since. They are so sweet and accommodating -- I called them multiple times before my appointment because I had a few questions that they willingly answered + helped me resolve, and they were very flexible and gracious with my rescheduling. I was kindly greeted by the ladies at the front desk, and was able to show my stylist, Gahee, my haircut inspiration references! I was then guided to put on a robe before I had my hair washed. I felt so relaxed and cared for during the hair washing. Gahee is so lovely and detail-oriented! She recognized my vision instantly, and I trusted her skills. She swiftly cut and styled my hair, making sure I was happy throughout. I am beyond satisfied with my results, and I left the salon feeling beautiful and fresh. Plus, the haircut was $90 (excluding tip) including pre-cut wash, blow dry, + styling!! Such a steal 😍 So excited to go back when it's time for my next cut! ❤️ the best salon I've visited! Love Lydia and Sono Felice service so much! Came twice now and Lydia has cut my hair and permed it so efficiently and exactly to my taste to enhance my features. I am very particular about who does my hair but Lydia is definitely a go to! Also snacks and teas are yummy.
