Great experience! I love my haircut, Natasha was very friendly, recommended different techniques when applying heat to my hair to ensure no damage and even recommended products that addressed some of the concerns I was having about my hair.

Deeply disappointed with the stance they take regarding unexpected illnesses for kids. My daughter had an afternoon hair appointment and woke up with Norovirus stomach bug. The salon stated its cancellation policy applies and we would be charged full cost. Charging the full cost in such unexpected circumstances is not only unfair but clearly indicates that this business does not care about the well-being of clients. What's worse, this policy effectively encourages sick individuals to show up rather than stay home, putting other clients and staff at risk of illness. This approach is irresponsible and short-sighted.

Disappointing haircut. Hair stylist did not even attempt to try to cut the requested style I wanted because I do not "style" my hair. I wanted to leave, but they were going to charge me regardless. If I pay $200 for a haircut, they should cut the requested style. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anybody. It does not even look like I received a haircut.

Great experience with Lily. After many horrible services in other salons, I finally can say I found a stylist that is amazing in her job and super friendly. Couldn’t be happier with my new hair color and cut. Definitely would recommend!

I’ve been going to Soon Beauty Lab for haircuts on and off for a few years, but really only became a regular when I met Natasha. She is a true pro - incredibly professional, patient, detail-oriented, and consistent. She always delivers what I ask for and really takes her time regardless of how easy or complicated the cut may be.
