Be mindful when going to tho place they burnt me and didn’t render aid also they were very nasty and rude towards me when I made a complaint about it they do not speak English at all and that is an inconvenience for the common customer they also did part my hair properly I don’t think they are licensed I didn’t see not one license this is very disheartening

Was going here for a while the service was ok. Called to schedule an appointment for 6pm person told me cool just come in. I get there three females not doing nothing even opened the door for me let me in and everything says we closed one girl turned her head the other said mommy we closed sorry the last one waved her hand at me and said mommy go ahead. Never again just lost one. So disrespectful.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went to this salon 4 days ago just to get a wash and blow without straightening… I just wanted a simple wash and blow dry even bought with me and requested to use my own shampoo and conditioner. This salon is not trustworthy they used their own product even with the request of them not to and put relaxer mixed in the product in my hair my hair went from being naturally curly to now bone straight and thin and my hair still smells like egg after having it re washed. Someone should sue this salon and put them out of business for good. I wouldn’t ever trust them again.

i stopped in to get a wash blow dry & press. my hair was the straightest it’s ever been… 2 weeks went by and it was time for wash day, i immediately smelled perm.. after 4 washes AND a deep conditioning, it was a lethal egg smell , EXACTLY like perm. my hair is now stringy and thin. i regret going here so bad. i’m heated …

My head was so sore leaving this place . I tried giving them a second chance but I do not like the attitudes and the poor customer service they need to do better ! At least hire someone who is bilingual or someone who speaks English . You ask them a simple quest they can’t answer it. They look around and act dumb . Won’t be getting my money any more !

When I first started going 3 yrs ago they were great. Now the last 2 experiences I had being as though we still wear mask they make you feel uncomfortable, they tlk about you and my very last experience she pulled out my hair. I had long thick hair but not thick enough to be tangled and pulled. When I got home later I went to put it in a ponytail and it's so thin I can take straighteners and do the whole ponytail now. 😩 my daughter doesn't even want to go back. So bye went from happy to disappointed. Update: 10 months later and my hair has not grown back it's been itchy, and every time I comb or brush it, it's coming out. I don't knw what was used on my hair. I try to keep it moisturized because of the itchiness. I afraid of going anywhere else now. I've been going to them for so long but now I can't trust anyone. I miss my healthy hair😭😥

Did a horrible dye job for $50 to cover my gray. I had to go somewhere else to pay for a dye job and my gray was covered perfectly

Everytime I get my hair done by the the girl in the second chair there's never any curls the next day and I get pin curls as soon as I take the pins out my hair looks like I didn't just get it done. The next time that I go there and her chair is empty I'm turning back around

Friendly staff, Very gentle and caring. Always willing and able to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. All about the customers not the $$. I highly recommend them. They are also great with kids.

These women are truly ignorant and prejudice every time I have visited this location they talk about people in Spanish but they know how to speak English I recorded these women and had my cousin translate every word I would not suggest this salon to no one because of the ignorance level they are not nice to people or anyone who comes even men who dropped there daughters off they miss treated them I will never go here again go to 7th and Lehigh way better respectful and all is welcome
