Miami Location: Horrible horrible customer service here. Started off with us asking if we could come now for the appointment and it would take us 15 mins to get there. They said yes. Upon arrival the tech had a bowl of food in her hand and said shes going to have lunch and to come back in 30! You just told us to come and now this. We go next door for 30 mins. Come back for the services which was supposed to be for mani/pedi for two of us. They never asked what color or anything. I sat down and asked when i should show them the groupon I purchased that wasn't expired for 2 more months. They proceeded to tell us they won't accept it! To be honest, thank god because the place seemed dirty, no nail polishes offerede.. just got a bad vibe in here. WHAT? You are an empty business, i pre-bought the services and now you won't take it after telling us to come and then sending us away. Horrible customer service. They were telling my husband how much they made and it wasn't enough....Why does that have anything to do with me and the groupon you were offering and now not accepting. Needless to say we left and will never be back.

The place is filthy! No hot water for the pedicure. I didn’t see the manicure techs licenses posted as it should be.

I absolutely do not recommend the shop for a pedicure I sat in the chair for an hour just to get a terrible polish job and the shop is also responsible because why are you charging $40 for a pedicure when you know the tech that you have it’s not worth That price. I still tipped her for her effort, but she needs more practice before she works in a shop, if you cannot do white tip, you are not ready

I have been a client for over 6 years. I believe the past reviews but not all mancurists are bad and that is in every salon (good and bad exist in all salons). My favoriate mancurist is back but you need to make an appointment with her. Her name is Rumieska. She will take her time to do her job right and ask you if, things are okay while she works. I also recomend my hair stylist Gisele...her hands are blessed because when she works on your hair, your hair restores and grows to look more norished. I am posting my RED nails pics that were done in November. Hoping this helps you!

I have only used their hair dressing services, for my daughters, and Gysel is wonderful! We have followed Gysel from her previous location to Sora and will continue to do so. My girls are now in their 20s and continue with her.

I walked in about 2 weeks ago. I needed to get my nails done. I don't know Spanish so I communicated on Google Translate. They did a really nice job on my nails. I got acrylic nails and a pedicure. They were very sweet ladies. One even made me an espresso! So Sweet!

Had a very bad experience. Awful!!! Mail tech., didn’t know what she was doing. I had to tell her what to do, looks like she didn’t want to work and had no experience!! Here name is Sofia. She didn’t clean my nails properly and when she put the scrub didn’t r rinse my feet correctly so I was left with scrub, when I tried to show her she had an attitude. I should of taken pictures she had left a blob of scrub in my foot!! I just canceled everything and had to clean my foot myself!!! It looks like she just didn’t want to work!!! So disappointed!! The boss wasn’t there, so I had no one to talk too. There was only two nail techs.

Honest review: when I first came there the receptionist was nice . I had ordered a Groupon for acrylics so I had to get an appointment to schedule get it done . When it was time to get them done it was a little longer than expected. Overall the nails it self were really pretty (Major) downside is that have the nail tech was rough which resulted in cutting some of my fingers so now I bandaids on a couple of them that need it (I have been to nail places before and this is the first time this has ever happened). My advise to the nail tech is to be more gentle on your clients nails to avoid any risk of infection. My rating would have been higher if that wasn’t the case.

Lo peor de lo peor, nada de higiene, te cobran hasta por retirarte el esmalte de gel, la Peluquera es pésima y primero te da un precio y luego te cobra por secarte el cabello, es decir que si quieres salir peinada tienes que pagar casi el doble del precio del servicio, un servicio malisimo, mi cabello se daño totalmente..uff por favor no vayan a ese lugar, te roban tu dinero😡

My girlfriend got her "Apres" nails by Jennifer & she loves them! We also used a Groupon, there was no issues. Comfortable space! Happy Birthday my Love (lasted only 12day before they started to bend)

My wife went to get her nails done with Jennifer. Made an appointment and had to wait an additional 45 min for nails that took 3 hours to look like they were done by a 3 year old. Definitely not going to take her there again. Save your time and money go elsewhere. Dont say I didnt warn you.

Fui a hacerme manicure y pedicure ayer para un evento en la noche de hoy y tener las uñas bonitas. Hoy tengo toda la pintura descascaradas! Todas! Me las he cuidado, no he fregado, ni nada, excepto lavarme las manos normal y bañarme, pero aun así, se levantó el esmalte. Al parecer ellos usan esmaltes y pintura de mala calidad y ya vencidos. El servicio es excelente, la manicurista, Maritza, es lo máximo en atenciones y las demás. Pero con esta mala experiencia tuve que escribir esta nota para que no le pase otro cliente.
