I received an appt reminder for a Brazilian. I called to inquire about the amount of hair growth needed to properly wax. I learned during that call that I would not be able to be waxed because I do not have enough hair growth: the receptionist on the phone offered to reschedule my appt but I told her I will need to wait until I have enough growth because it is difficult to predict. Today I receive a text stating that I missed an appt and my card was charged without my consent. I called to inquire and spoke to Gianna. She was very unclear. At first she stated that my appt was not confirmed, Then she proceeded to Say that I should have been clear yesterday and should have said I was cancelling, even tho we clearly spoke about not having enough hair AND picking a future date. She then proceeded to change her story and said I needed to “lock in another date” to not be charged. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. I asked to speak to her manager and she stated that she does not know when the manager will be in and she cannot disclose her name. I liked the service and the esthetician however the customer service and miscommunication with Gianna and the front desk is unacceptable. I do not recommend this location for mishandling of my credit card and poor service provided by Gianna.

The first time I went to SOS wax I was a little nervous since it had been a while since I had not had a brazilian was done. Krystal was very kind and patient. She truly made me feel safe and comfortable. Ever since I have continued to go specifically requesting her. She has made this experiencing more enjoyable.

**If you are looking for a first time wax look no further First time getting a wax and Stephanie was very friendly and made me feel relaxed I was nervous that it was going to hurt and she took her time she was very knowledgeable with my aftercare I’m going to be rebooking with her the ladies at the front desk were so happy definitely a great atmosphere.

Great service. Everyone here so far is super quick, efficient and gentle. The maintenance deal on the Brazilian is a great price, only $30 if you go once every 4 weeks.

Online booking not reliable. Booked my first appointment, and was pretty excited about trying this place for the first time, but was called and advised that they were booked at the time I was scheduled. So, I had to cancel because I couldn’t come at a later time. This is not a good business practice. Update: Been going to SOS wax a few months now. Scheduling is easier and service has been great. Would recommend.

I have been seeing Mercedes regularly for waxing services and eyebrow tinting. She is very nice and does a great job. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her at SOS Wax Blue Diamond.

I was a first timer when I came here. Shay did an amazing job with my Brazilian. The place is clean and receptionist is friendly. They are more affordable than other places and keep you at an affordable price as long as you don’t wait longer than 4 weeks till next appointment. They do have you keep a card on file and charge you half if you don’t show for your scheduled service. But if you are in the mountains edge area I recommend SOS Wax.

They are nice and all but they messed up my eyebrows I asked for a soft arch and it looks like they glued on 2 curved strings on my face 😭😭

I was nervous my first trip to a new waxing salon and the staff put me at ease and explained everything. The facilities are beautiful and clean and comfortable. Stephanie, my waxer, was very professional and did an excellent job! I will return to this location.

Had an amazing experience here with Kaila as my aesthetician. I started going here to become a regular but unfortunately I had to move to a different state suddenly. I go there to get waxed and facials. I would 100% recommend to have Kaila do all your services! Their recommended products 'skinscript' are also amazing & it is gentle to the skin. My now aesthetician uses those products on my face & I asked her if those were skinscript products. She said yes & I said those were also my products for my face that my last aesthetician recommended. She said to keep using them. I've had positive results & couple of scars have dissappeared & no more breakouts.

Scheduled a lip, chin and brazilian waxing appt. This studio just opened near my home and I was looking for a new esthetician. They have online appts scheduling from their website, but I chose to call since this was my first time visiting. Made an appt for 7pm with Katz and she did an excellent job at taking care of my waxing needs. I scheduled a subsequent appt the following month, along with a facial appt. Very happy with the services received. Plenty of parking also, since its located in a larger shopping area off of Blue Diamond and Buffalo streets.
