I had surgery on my shoulder and was unable to do my hair myself. I came once a week for a wash and blowout while I was recovering. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Candice did a wonderful job.

canceled my hair appointment 2 days before my prom. super inconsiderate. i was asked to come in hours earlier then originally planned so i had stayed home from school. and was told 15 minutes before i had to be there that they were unable to complete my hair at all today.

I love this place, its not over priced and over the top. I am always happy with the way I look when I come out of there. I was just there 2 weeks ago and had a full head of highlights, the best ever, the stylists name was Fallou, she is the best.

I only go here to get my hair done, the stylists are amazing! Makes sure you’re okay from beginning to end, definitely walk out smiling and satisfied every time. If you haven’t gone to Soto yet you’re missing out.

I went there today for an eyebrow waxing and the inside was professional looking. The person at the front desk was so attentive and spoke to me by name which was a nice change. My eyebrows look amazing too!
