I had the best experience today at Soul Care Studio! Ben was so helpful explaining my somadome session and getting me all set up. I loved the session and left feeling so relaxed and ready to start my day. Cant wait for next time Im in town and can come back!

Went here for an infrared sauna last Saturday, and had a very pleasant experience. The owner Ben and his wife were both there, and were very nice. And stayed in the sauna for close to an hour. Felt very relaxing and refreshed. They have other offerings as well they showed me, like a cool meditation device that seems worth checking out. Thank you!

Traveled to SB for the weekend and needed a place to sauna. Found this gem right off State St. This place is incredible. Nothing short of perfection. Professional/clean facilities - an amazing vibe and Ben is the makes you feel right at home! 5/5 - and will be back here for sure next time I’m in SB

What truly sets Soul Care apart is the care and attention of the owner. They take the time to explain everything in detail and make sure you’re comfortable with the process. Before the session starts, they even ask about your intention for the session, which adds a personal and reflective touch to the experience. My wife and I are so glad we stopped in to try the infrared sauna and cold plunge at this relaxing day spa in Santa Barbara. The owner Ben was super welcoming, answered all our questions and fit us in that day. :) The space is super clean and tranquil. Highly recommend taking some time for self-care at Soul Care!

I love this little gem in Santa Barbara conveniently located downtown with ample street parking (or parking close to the library). The owner Ben was super welcoming and my friend and I tried the sauna and cold plunge together. It is a beautiful space that is super clean, well maintained and true to it's name where you can take some time for self-care and Soul Care! If you've never tried a cold plunge it is invigorating and will melt away your stress and leave you feeling bold and courageous. A must try for anyone and everyone!

I recently visited Soul Care to explore the Sauna ice bath and other offerings . I was really impressed by the facility . A great place to rejuvenate your body and mind (they also offer holistic hairstyling using only organic ingredients). The space was spotless and exudes a sense of tranquility. When I arrived, I was greeted with warmth reception…… very friendly! The sonodom is a one of kind experience...a guided meditation in a dome. I highly recommend soul care to anyone looking for this experience…. I look forward to returning and trying all the treatments very SOON…,,,,,

You can tell Nikki and Ben have great pride in their studio. It's peaceful, private and welcoming. We went in for an evening sauna and came out feeling relaxed and refreshed!

I had a great experience using the sauna! Nikki is very inviting and this is a beautiful and relaxing space. She’s passionate about natural and environmentally conscious products at an affordable price. I was traveling and came here on a whim and I’m so glad I stopped by. She even let me sit and visit a while I waited for a ride. Highly recommend :)

The Somadome is a meditative tool that everyone must experience. It cant be explained through words. The price is also very reasonable. Overall the Soul Care Studio is a beautiful place with owners who care about your journey

From the moment I walked through the door at Soul Care Spa, I felt the tranquil and welcoming atmosphere created by owners, Nikki and Ben. Neutral colors, natural light and live plants fill the cozy space, with views across Anacapa St of the lush gardens and Spanish/Moorish architecture of the historic Santa Barbara Courthouse. During my visit, I experienced a sound and light therapy session in their Somadome relaxation/meditation pod. There were a variety of session choices on the Somadome menu with voice-guided or sound and music only. I chose a session with Theta waves focused on internal renewal, and experienced a blissful result. My 20-minutes felt like an hour, in a very good way, and I emerged from the cozy, comfortable pod feeling a deep sense of relaxation. It was like a meditative power nap that left me feeling calm, balanced and renewed after a hectic day at work. Soul Care also offers infrared sauna and salt therapy along with a cold plunge tank, all treatments that support immune function, athletic recovery, lung and skin health, among other things. Co-owner Nikki also cuts and styles hair and specializes in non-toxic hair color. Nikki and Ben were super welcoming and gracious--I could tell that they’ve put a lot of heart and intention into Soul Care.
