OK, so boom: Soul Flower was my A1 from day one. I was hesitant about starting my loc journey due to the fact that I have bald spots from lupus, but she has a way with hair. The spots are virtually unnoticeable. I know people who have had locs for 10+ years with little to no visible growth. I have been loced for almost three years and have run laps around those heauxs from using her loc oil and leave in conditioner. One thing for certain two things for sure, those products she makes will grow that hair. But wait, there’s more, she comes to you. Don’t sleep on that concierge service.

The young lady that answered the phone hung up and when I called back there was no apology and she seemed indifferent. I was a prospective client but I believe I'll go elsewhere.

This review is for Chelsi: Chelsi was absolutely INCREDIBLE in capturing my vision for my bridal look! She was so accommodating to fit my schedule even though I requested her help at the last minute. She not only moved around her schedule to fit me in the day before my wedding, she was so patient with me as I was running late and had to keep pushing back my arrival time. When I arrived at the salon, Chelsi was nothing but hospitable, calming, and reassuring. She asked me questions every step of the way to ensure that the look was heading in the direction I had hoped and was so patient to work with me when I gave a few suggestions. She never made me feel like I was being overbearing; Chelsi truly made me feel like a deserving bride to be! My hair turned out wonderfully and her great work truly helped my overall natural bridal look be one that was not only stunning and timeless but truly a representation of me, which is what I always wanted for my special day. Chelsi is the BOMB! I would recommend her services any day. She has top-notch skills, a one-of-a kind personality, and even better customer service because you can truly tell that she cares about you and your hair and giving both the best experience possible. I will always appreciate her playing such a big part in my wedding!

Shennan Scott-Gemmill really knows her stuff about natural hair! I left with my hair and scalp feeling clean and fresh. She uses all natural products and makes sure you have a laid back customer service oriented experience. She is highly recommended!
